A aimé Brilliant facilities including free showers, washer and dryer etc.
Amazing views.
Pool, games room and park.
Access to the stone beach.
Friendly staff.

N'a pas aimé Access because of the narrow roads. This isnt the sites fault but it might put some people off so worth noting it’s 7mins of country lanes which only fit 1 car down. Plenty of passing points but not ideal for nervous drivers.
Some form of cafe, bar, food van would be appreciated so we didn’t have to leave the site to get food. There’s is a little shop which has some bits in but a lot of people like to be able to purchase meals.

Thank you also for your comments regarding access to the park. As you mention, the country lanes are part of our beautiful coastal location and can feel narrow for some drivers, although there are passing places along the route. To help guests plan their journey, we provide recommended directions before arrival, along with arrival and departure guidance, and we encourage all visitors to take note of this information before travelling.

We're also grateful for your suggestion regarding food options. While we don't currently have a permanent café or bar on site, we usually have a pizza van visiting on Friday evenings, and several local takeaways offer delivery to the park reception, giving guests a variety of dining options without having to leave the park.

A aimé Amazing views, cleanliness of the toilets and showers was top notch, smelt fresh and clean. Pitches were beautifully maintained. The shop was perfect for an ice cream or grabbing essentials like bread/milk. This place is amazing and so special

A aimé The view, the staff and overall peace. This place is a gem. Already rebooked. My grandKids loved it. Walked to town and that was fun very steep but beautiful.

A aimé The campsite is very clean. The staff are very helpful. The views over the sea are great. Great base to walk on the coastal paths.

N'a pas aimé Pitches undeveloped- take chocs. When the wind is in the west you are very exposed, especially if you have an awning. Very out of the way.

We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the park, found our team helpful and made the most of the fantastic sea views and coastal walking routes. Our location is a favourite among guests who enjoy exploring the Ceredigion Coast Path and taking in the scenery straight from their pitch.

Thank you also for your constructive feedback. As a clifftop coastal park, we are naturally more exposed to the elements than inland locations and we always recommend that guests bring suitable equipment and secure awnings appropriately, particularly when sea breezes are forecast.

With regard to the pitch levels, our touring area is built on a natural slope to make the most of the spectacular sea views, and we would always advise guests to carry levelling chocks as part of their touring equipment. Many visitors find that the scenery more than makes up for the extra preparation required when setting up.

We also appreciate that our peaceful coastal location may feel a little remote for some guests. However, we do try to be as transparent as possible through our website, photographs, maps and reviews, and we would always encourage guests to do a little research before booking to ensure the park and its location are the right fit for the type of holiday they're looking for. Those seeking peace, tranquillity and stunning sea views tend to find Morfa Bychan exactly what they're looking for, while Aberystwyth and its many shops, restaurants and attractions remain only a short drive away.

We completely understand your comment about the wind — camping on the coast can sometimes be a little blustery, especially up on the Osprey pitches. A caravan or motorhome can definitely make things more comfortable on breezier days, and we’d be very happy to welcome you back in one of those next time.

If you ever fancy a more sheltered stay later in the season, our five hire‑fleet holiday homes are available right up to the beginning of November, offering a cosy and comfortable option while still enjoying the same beautiful surroundings.

We were especially pleased to read that there was very little to dislike about your stay. Although we must admit we're slightly surprised that the radio in the washrooms was enough to cost us those missing two points! We can only assume it was tuned to the wrong station during your visit. 😉

A aimé What a beautiful site! The facilities were immaculately clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. We were next to the play area which was great for our children, and the staff came round to remind everyone the park closed at nine, which we appreciated. The pool was another big hit for the family.
Only note I have (obviously nothing the site could control) but just an FYI for fellow happy campers that the wind can get strong and quite blustery, a small price to pay for the stunning views.

We look forward to retuning.
