We did notice your overall score of 5/10, which feels a little surprising given the positive comments you shared. We always encourage guests to have a quick read through our full description before booking, as we try to be very clear and upfront about the layout of the park, the facilities available and the nature of our clifftop setting. A little research beforehand can make a big difference in choosing the right park for each guest’s needs.

We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. We appreciate your comments regarding the mobile signal and understand how important reliable connectivity can be while away.

The park management team have used EE for several years and generally find that it provides the strongest coverage, with a good 5G signal available across most areas of the park. During the past couple of weeks, however, the combination of exceptionally hot weather and a significant increase in visitors to the area has occasionally affected network performance, which may explain the issues you experienced.

Syntes om Loved the location. There’s a narrow road leading down to the site which might cause you to wonder what awaits given its seeming remoteness. However, everything looks incredibly well cared for with fantastic views across the whole area.
The flowers, shrubs and trees show real care and attention, there are amazing hillside slopes over which red kites and buzzards float and the pitches are set out to maximise the views across the coast.
The amenities were great, clean and accessible, although the showers could run a little longer. However, perhaps that’s not a bad thing with there being drought like conditions this summer.
The children’s play area clearly appealed to the little ones and we were treated to an amazing sunset.

We're pleased that you found the facilities clean, accessible and well maintained. Thank you for your comments regarding the shower timers. As you rightly noted, water conservation is becoming increasingly important, particularly during the exceptionally dry conditions we've experienced this summer.

We also appreciate your understanding regarding the new amenities building. Unfortunately, delays outside our control have extended the construction programme, but we're excited about the improvements it will bring once completed. Syntes om It's a, beautiful stay we go yearly when we can the grounds and site are very well maintained and the staff lovely and helpful. The view of the sea from your caravan is stunning and makes waking up there a dream it's so relaxing. And the mini private beach is only a few steps away to go and have a ittle explore. The Town is only a, few mins drive away and has the main beach and everything you could want and the prices are low just try to rem to take cash to support the small businesses. The pool and amenities on site are brilliant and very clean, the pool warm and has the life guard to. There's even a, little shop on site for your essentials to. Me and Phil will be back as always it's our zen place.

Syntes ikke om Nothing to dislike about it at all only point we recomend is to have adult only hours for the swimming pool say 6pm to 8pm maybe? so adults can get a swim in to maybe the pool could have keycode to access it after 6pm to 8pm for safty?
