A aimé The staff were very friendly and work hard keeping it clean and tidy, the toilets and showers were immaculate. The wooded area and dog walk were great our dog enjoyed them. It was a shame the weather wasn’t better.

So glad you made it to the beach, not many people appreciate the Wales coatline has a varying landscape of sand and rocky beaches, especially the Cardigan bay coastline.

A aimé Spacious plots for the motorhome. Close to amenities and facilities for adults and kids. Very helpfully and friendly staff throughout our staff would definitely book again.

A aimé Beautiful spot. Great facilities, helpful friendly staff. We were on a Kestrel pitch which is right on the cliff edge with full sea view. Just stunning

We’re sorry to hear that you were unable to proceed with your stay. From our records, it appears that your visit was unfortunately affected by adverse weather conditions, and that you were unable to erect your tent.
As a result, we feel that the experience described in your review does not reflect the park itself or the facilities we provide, as you did not stay on site. While we fully understand how disappointing weather-related disruptions can be, decisions regarding travel and camping conditions are ultimately the responsibility of guests, including checking weather forecasts prior to arrival.

A aimé Amazing spot and views. Plenty of space.
Swimming and changing rooms were great. Toilets and showers are very clean, but dated (new shower block being built. )
Would definitely return.

A aimé The swimming pool was lovely, and so warm !😊However, it closed at 5pm every afternoon which unfortunately was before we returned from trips out. So only got to use it once.

N'a pas aimé The Wi-Fi was at an additional cost, which at £5 per day was more expensive than Travelodge hotels. On our first night the water in the male showers was cold, apparently due to the boiler tripping out which had gone unnoticed. Staff promised to rectify the problem but I’d still call it ‘warm’ at best.
It was just over 2 miles on a single track lane to reach the site. Thankfully we never met any oncoming traffic but driving to and from the location was always a little concerning.
And the weather was pretty awful (wind and rain) but obviously that’s something that the site has no control over. (And highlighted in the small print!)

We’re sorry to hear some aspects didn’t quite meet expectations. With regard to the Wi‑Fi, this is offered as an optional extra for guests who wish to use it. Many of our visitors choose to use their own mobile data during their stay, and for that reason we don’t include Wi‑Fi as a standard feature or advertise it as such across the park.
Thank you also for highlighting the issue with the showers on your first night — we apologise for the inconvenience caused. This was due to a boiler fault which was resolved as quickly as possible once identified, and we appreciate your patience while this was addressed.
We also understand the access road can feel a little narrow on first visit; however, there are passing places along the route and it’s something many guests find becomes easier with familiarity, and part of the charm of our more rural coastal setting.
We really do appreciate your balanced feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.

A aimé The receptionist at Morfa Bychan was very welcoming and showed us where the main facilitys were and the location of our pitch. The site is in a very scenic location and tranquil location. The toilets and shower and laundry areas were very clean.

N'a pas aimé The road to the site is narrow, with minimal passing spaces, we were lucky and only had to reverse the once on the way in and out, but we did limit any additional journeys through the day so as to avoid any hassle
