What customers say
This is a well-maintained, clean, and secure campsite praised for its helpful staff and excellent location for visiting Glasgow, with a train station a short walk away. Pitches are spacious, and the grounds are pristine. Some guests noted issues with shower operation and cleanliness in toilet blocks, though updates have been made. Limited on-site amenities and occasional building work were mentioned.

Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Beautiful clean site, well maintained. The site is in a very quiet area, showers / toilets are very clean, plenty of rubbish bins, fresh water and also electric hookups if you need ( at a extra cost), the to signal is not the best. Train station to Glasgow about a 10 minute walk

Good place but the showers would stop me from revisiting.
Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked The pitch location, reasonably close to town, nice area.
Disliked The shower operation. It is a push button affair like you usually find on handbasins, every 10 or15 seconds the water stops. You have to constantly depress the stupid thing. Ironically the handbasins had regular taps on them.

From the manager: Thank you for your review, we will take onboard your suggestion and look into an alternative solution for our showers.

Very nice, quiet site.
Electric optional hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Was dubious when I viewed this site on google maps as it seems to be in the middle of a built up area. Have no fear, it is an extremely quiet site. surrounded by trees and hedgerows there was no noise from the outside world at all.
The most striking thing for me was how pristine the whole site was. Absolutely no litter, grass verges trimmed to perfection and immaculate facilities. It's like the Army had been in to prepare for a Royal inspection.
