Craigendmuir Park is conveniently situated on the doorstep of Glasgow, just off the A80, one of Scotland’s main arterial routes to the North. The Park is also easily accessed by those without motor transport, by rail and by bus from Glasgow.
The level and spacious site is ideal for anyone looking for the ideal base for a holiday in and around West Central Scotland, or as a stopover for a few days whilst touring.
Craigendmuir Park’s touring caravan and camping areas are of the highest standard. For caravans, we offer hardstand pitches fully equipped with electric hook-up. Facilities on-site are modern, clean and well maintained. Two sets of well equipped toilets and shower blocks feature showers, constant hot water, hairdryer and shaver points. Drinking water taps are situated around the Park for convenience.
The launderette has all washing and drying facilities, plus iron and ironing board. Additionally, there are chemical toilet disposal points, disabled toilets, family room with baby changing facilities, dishwashing sinks and a payphone.

Many sites set a maximum occupancy of 6/8 people per pitch, so try breaking your booking down into smaller groups to generate more results. For example, if you’re a group of 10, enter 5 people in your initial search and then book 2 pitches.
However, where the pitch or accommodation occupancy allows it, you can make a booking for up to 30 adults and 30 children in one booking.
To book multiple pitches or accommodation, use the 'Special requests' box on the booking page to ask to be sited together. Complete the booking form for the first booking (you can add a password and save your card so that we remember your details). Then click "Make another booking like this" at the top of the confirmation page to make the next booking.

Coming from South & West M74 Hamilton, to M73 on to M8 (Glasgow North). Exit M8 at Junction 11, and follow signs for Stepps (A80 Cumbernauld and Stirling). After 1/2 mile turn right into Loch Road. Carry straight through houseing estate to small roundabout, park straight in front of you. Part of the Red Deer Village Complex, enter through security gate, if closed press intercom & follow instructions, to camping area. (Caravan Park is sign posted from Junction 11).
Coming from the North M80 follow signs for Glasgow, exit Junction 3, and follow signs for Stepps to Crowwood roundabout, take 3rd exit on to A80, follow for about 1 mile through Stepps, turn left into Loch Road. Thereafter follow instruction as above. (Caravan Park is sign posted from Junction 3).
For those already in Glasgow, make your way to Glasgow Queen Street Station. Take train going to Cumbernauld/Falkirk Grahamston and arrive at Stepps. Turn right on to Cardowan Road, and go straight over mini roundabout, take next right into Clayhouse Road, follow to next roundabout park on left, follow instructions above.
For those already in Glasgow, make your way to Buchanan Bus Station. Ask at information office for times and details of buses which pass through Stepps. Before you get to Stepps ask the driver to let you off at the Co-op Supermarket, then cross over the road and turn into Loch Road. Thereafter follow instructions as above.
