What customers say
This campsite is highly praised for its beautiful location, friendly staff, and fantastic lake, perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. Visitors commend the clean facilities, spacious pitches, and relaxed atmosphere. While the cafe is a welcome addition, some find its opening hours limited. Minor issues with shower water pressure and occasional noise from other campers were noted, but overall the experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Beautiful set up, flat, with lovely lake for paddle boarding and swimming with a cute cafe and picnic benches. Fire pits and football pitch. Loved listening to the frogs at night!
Disliked Facilities are good but basic. Regularly ran out of toilet paper and soap. Could do with a row of hooks and a shelf in the hand washing/toothbrushing area. Cafe staff were great but it gets overwhelmed when it's busy.
