Electric grass touring caravan pitch
Liked Big site with plenty off space for walking around

Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Very friendly staff and dog friendly.
Disliked Shower and toliet block the floor was not mopped enough, as I don't think the cleaning team get enough time allocated. They kept toilets and sinks clean and top up the roliet paper

had a good time but some improvements to be made to match other sites
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Camping pitches were big with plenty of space. park apparently had 5,000 guests over the course of the week but never felt busy at all
Disliked Lacks good quality senior leadership in my opinion as room for improvement in some areas. For example, shop ran out of water milk and ice cream and was out of stock for 2/3 days. Plus no opening hours displayed so had no idea if the shop would even be open. No information on display about kids evening entertainment, had to ask reception who couldn’t tell me, so went and asked in the bar who then told me where it was and what time it was on. No info given about how to go about swimming, IE if you need to book, how to book, what time the pool is open etc.

Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Nice campsite, clean showers (although they were boiling hot), nice pitch.
Disliked There were issues with the water for both days we were there so we weren't able to access the toilets in our field, plus I think there was maintenance work going on till 11pm (a loud engine/machinery type noise). The shop wasn’t very well stocked, no bacon or sausages in the morning. Entertainment was very basic.
You have to pay for the wifi each day.

Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Good size of the pitch.
Plenty of facilities and decently maintained.
Very kind staff.
Pet friendly
Disliked Price of the pub.
More trees to provide more shade. It was unbelievably hot.
Issue with the water, some showers and toilet blocks were closed for two days. Although it was not their fault, it was very disruptive to our stay.

Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Great location, short drive to beaches and shops. Campsite was large and clean had plenty of toilets and shower blocks.
They had a swimming pool, arcade, shop chip shop, bar, I did not use these facilities but looked good. Reception very helpful.
Disliked The drinks in the bar were quite pricey, but that’s a choice to go to the bar.

Busy site without the facilities to cope.
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Shop and takeaway on site. Nice atmosphere.
Disliked Site booked to capacity and the facilities couldn’t cope, resulting in no running water for 3 days during 30 degree heat. Toilets became full and wouldn’t flush, no drinking water, no showers and swimming pool closed. There was no communication from management about what was happening. No attempt to hand out water, in fact they even closed the shop.

Disgusting facilities and no running water
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked N/a
Disliked There was no running water in the campsite, toilets blocked and overflowing, nowhere to wash hands, brush teeth etc.
Extremely disgusting facilities and no hygeine due to this. The smell was overwhelming.
No communication from staff about when the water would be fixed, it was not working for at least 12 hours when we departed.
