More shaded areas would have been nice when the tent was to hot
Opening times not very visible on doors 9AM a little late for breakfast opening time breakfast was good

Gostou How accessible for dogs the site is. I have never been on a site that has been so accommodating of dogs. They are allowed everywhere except the swimming pool.
Staff were very friendly, and if they couldn’t help they directed you to where you could be helped.
Facilities were exceptionally clean. Plenty of showers and toilets and water was a lovely temperature.
The activities available suited all age groups, with two teenagers and a nearly 70 year old in our party all ages were entertained.
The site is located a short distance away from beautiful costal towns and villages with plenty of activities around if you run out of things to do on site.
Food in the restaurant was beautiful and service was quick and welcoming.
Wish we had booked for longer!

Não gostou Lack of dog waste bins around the main site area as only found one near the shop, and how full they were on the dog exercising area.
Signage to camping areas and more secluded areas such as the dog exercising areas. It would have been helpful to have signs detailing the numbers of the pitches at the entrances on the road to each of the areas.
The map is a little confusing when you don’t have signs to follow.
Cost of WIFI for one day. We decided to make do with our phone internet which was very patchy. It is cheaper if you buy a bundle but as only there for one full day was not going to pay £9 for WiFi.
Lack of vegetarian options in the fish and chip shop. Could offer mozzarella sticks or a veggie sausage maybe as an alternative.

Não gostou Sorry to see the caravan spares shop gone also the supermarket is now very small not a lot of stock ,
Swimming pool is a bit pricey if you have a few kids ,
And the Barn Club is closed ,
Not sure what's going on at Stowfords never seen it so quite especially with the weather being so good and the kids off school

Gostou The area around north Devon is beautiful. If you have children, this site will be perfect for you...
1)They can run around like packs of wild animals shouting and screaming to their hearts content. Nobody will complain.
2) If you go in a nice big noisy group..who's still partying and talking uncessarily loud past 1am... Nobody minds...
3) No worries about site etiquette... ie walking across your pitch or staring in your van.... Everyone does it
4)There's an indoor swimming pool which, if you go the minute the door is open you might get 10mins before it gets rammed with children
5) Your little darlings are supposed to have parental supervision in the pool... don't worry about that... Just send an older sibling with them so you can chill out and not be responsible for them.
6) The reception staff are very obliging. They hand you a visitor pack, ring your pitch on the map and then leave you to go off and find it. (IF you don't like it... Just park wherever you want... Nobody seems to check... So you won't get moved)

Não gostou I disliked the 10mph speed limiIt for visitors. After all, the site maintenance always drove much faster, they never kept to the limit... Hardly seems fair.

The pitches. It's useful to be so close to your neighbours. The fire brigade can put out two caravans with one hose.. However, bashing the neighbours awning when I needed to open my passenger car door was a tad embarrassing. Certainly didn't seem to conform to regulations

There's a Fish and Chip shop on site. Apparently they are very good - However we never got to try them because the 14th July was low season and they didn't open until high season.???

I was a bit perturbed about the WiFi. After all it was advertised as a site benefit, so I was surprised when asked to pay £18.99 for 7 days use... I pay a lot less for a month at home!
