The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).- Group bookings of 5 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 3 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open between 28/04 and 10/09 (subject to weather conditions).
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- Under-21s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Liked Absolutely beautiful site. Very clean, well kept neat and tidy. Had a lovely pitch which was on the end of the row, was very flat and felt nice a secluded.
Check in was a breeze and we soon settled in to our touring life!
The onsite shop had everything we needed and the guy who worked in there was extremely kind and friendly
The onsite facilities (outdoor swimming pool, crazy golf and park) whilst simple, were great if you were to take your youngsters with you. We travelled as a couple on this occasion but we wouldn’t hesitate to bring our grandsons with us if we visited again because they would’ve really enjoyed the freedom
The shower/toilet block was extremely clean also
Piskies Bar is a lovely, cosy outdoor area to buy a drink and sit (weather permitting) outside. It’s a tiny bar, but lovely and peaceful
Our little dog also enjoyed her walks around the site, which is quite big but nicely laid out
Just to add there IS NOT a club/disco/bingo on this site which we were not at all disappointed by!
Disliked The only thing that we feel was a slight issue was the roads leading out of the site (which were laid with hardcore) and due to the levels of the ground, were quite steep and quite a lot of people struggled to drive up them (skidding) Also, the track was very uneven and we were concerned on our departure that our car would not pull the caravan up so we ended up driving on the tarmac road that only allows traffic in (sorry!!) but we did it for the safety of our vehicle and our van

Disliked Very disappointed with my stay at Trevella. The showers were often dirty at the times I used them, despite claims of regular cleaning. Noise late into the night was disruptive, and while staff say they patrol, it felt like the responsibility was placed on me to resolve issues that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The pitch was uneven and unsuitable, the pool was noticeably colder than expected, and aside from two friendly reception staff on arrival, most others were dismissive or rude. I sent a follow-up email but received zero resolution, with the response making all the problems my responsibility. Overall, I left early due to the poor experience and lack of support.

Liked Overall we were very happy with our stay. The services on our pitch were a surprise as we booked a grass pitch with electric but we were very happy with the upgrade of water on site and a waste water drain. The fishing lakes were fantastic and filled with plenty of fish which our grandsons were very happy with! The site generally was clean and tidy as were the washing and toilet facilities. Shop was well stocked and staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked We followed rules given at Reception and signs eg book for swimming pool, park car to right of accommodation, no gazebos, no dogs in lake areas etc but no-one else seemed to follow them.
The swimming pool was not locked during the day so holiday makers came and went as they pleased. I buzzed on intercom at the pool gate as instructed but it was not answered. A holiday maker from inside opened the door to leave and said we just come and go as we please. Having said that, people did tend to come and go in waves so I presume they were keeping to the 45 - 60 minute use rule.
Neighbours dogs were not kept on leads at all times - one dog was wandering around our site on our return. One of the grandchildren stepped in dog mess on our pitch - we did not complain to the neighbour as we could not be certain it was her dog!
On one of the nights there was a lot of loud screaming/laughing/shouting by adults which continued until midnight. Generally the site was quiet at 10.00pm.
