Electric grass pitch
Liked Food was fantastic and the service was very good. Bar staff were very friendly and this particular part was very clean and tidy from what we experienced
Disliked The showers are an experience to say the least. They only have one heat setting which for kids is too hot and they spray everywhere. Also not the cleanest either. When you close the toilet door as well you feel very much like you are hugging it as there is very minimal room.

Really, really bad
Electric grass pitch
Liked We had a place to pitch our tent
Disliked Almost everything. The toilets were not properly cleaned. The showers have only scalding hot water where the temperature can’t be controlled. The shop was closed. The adventure forest was dismantled. The fish pond was empty of water. There was no clay pigeon shooting. There was no quad bike rental. Basically almost none of the advertised facilities were available.

Definitely adding to our ‘stay again’ list
Electric grass pitch
Liked Lots of activities
Plenty of toilets and showers
Very friendly staff
Family friendly
Disliked Some showers that lose/ broken tiles
High traffic in toilets, showers and dishwashing areas. Generally well maintained but some guests didn’t clean up well after themselves (not the sites fault) but maybe could increase cleaning frequency during busy times

Really enjoyed stay (campervan). Would return again.
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked The bar facilities were very good, enjoyed the pizza services (very quick to bake and tasty). Enjoyed the live music.
Very nice cooked breakfast, enjoyed the adventure gold. All located in a beautiful setting.
Disliked Some areas seemed rather ‘run down’. Enjoyed a walk around the site but disappointed in the dilapidated huts, outdoor activity climbing frames? Exercise equipment etc.
Toilet/ shower facilities very ‘tired’. Low water pressure from showers.

Overall a good site which I would visit again.
Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Good entertainment and food, maintenance were quick to address issues. Good crazy golf with interesting history linked to the area
Disliked Showers could do with non slip mats. Shop wasn't as well stocked as we thought it would be

Liked Kindest and most helpful staff i have ever come across while camping. I hope Marwell Resort appreciate their amazing staff.
Disliked Our tent was far from toilets
The toilets were constantly filthy with one particular toilet light flashing always flashing.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Playground was good for the kids
Disliked Toilet/shower facilities were poor. Limited hot water and water pressure. Always dirty. Lots of the things to do were closed. Overall looked like a place that used to be great but is now run down. Some staff were a bit rude. Others lovely. Was really noisy on the Friday night untill 3am. Saturday was peaceful so I assume it was a couple of pitches causing the issues. Nothing was done about it on the Friday. Staff told us we couldn't have open fires but could have a charcoal BBQ. When we lit it we were told off. I think they wanted us to light a BBQ without fire.
