Syntes om A great site that makes a genuine effort to make the stay enjoyable. We enjoyed the live music and various bits around to keep the kids entertained

Syntes ikke om The pitch (D) was a bit of a stretch to the toilet block to do with little ones. The nearest toilets were bar adjacent and a little dirty / blocked at times. Soap dispenser within was empty for all of stay. Washing up facilities were on far side of campsite

Syntes om This is the 4th year that we have been coming here with a group of friends with kids.

Syntes ikke om Toilet facilities not very clean and stocked up. Also no hand dryers working or paper towels to dry your hands the duration of our stay.

Syntes om The size of the pitches were great lots for the children and adults to do from what I saw. It was lovely to watch my two boys go off and play with other children with no fear. I found the staff helpful and polite and already looking to to back next year

Syntes ikke om The toilets/shower could do with being cleaned twice a day and not just in the morning. It ran out of toilet paper quickly so so take a roll with you incase!

Site seemed to attract alot of rude unfriendly people, families up until midnight, kids screaming and running around til late, a group decided 10pm would be a great time to start a football match, would have been better if there were onsite people patrolling and stopping the antisocial behaviour
Poor water pressure at the water outlets
Shower areas weren't clean

Syntes om When we arrived Thursday, it was quiet and showers and toilets were clean and we slept well that particular night.
Nice park, soft play and mini golf available at extra cost.
Food was okay. Kids meals were awful but adults meals were okay.
Few drinking water taps scattered about.
Good location.

Syntes ikke om Come Friday, the site was so busy. Children and adults up well into the early hours keeping us awake. When asked to keep the noise down, they didn’t. Hitting golf balls into tents that weren’t theirs.
Showers and taps couldn’t keep up with the demand so the pressure completely dropped so you weren’t able to use the showers.

There was a sign saying £3 a pot to feed the ducks. When we enquired the lady at reception has no idea about it and had to radio through to find out. The high ropes they have on site isn’t useable and the meadow walk is shut (specifically says no entry).
Cars passed our tent every hour of the night and day.

Absolutely no campsite etiquette!!

Packed up Sunday and left after an awful nights sleep. Quite a shame as one of the more expensive campsites we’ve stayed on.

Syntes ikke om Shop was shut for 3.5 days! Toilets particularly the disabled toilet was not cleaned Monday to Thursday no toilet paper or hand towels. No hand drying facilities in female toilets. Duck food advertised but not available. Reception didn’t know if they had ducks?
