Guests highlight the lovely views, riverside location, and on-site pub and restaurant. Fishing and a children's play area are popular. Minor drawbacks mentioned include the distance to toilet blocks from some pitches, occasional traffic and train noise, and the presence of electricity pylons. Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Lovely camp site with everything you need. The food is good and the chicken wings are excellent. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. Good fishing too with plenty of slivers to be caught, and the odd carp. Nice grass pitches that are well maintained. Lovely view's and a river that runs at the side of the camp site. The showers and toilets are very clean. Will definitely be returning in spring next year.
