Liked Fantastic campsite and facilities, very friendly and informative staff, brilliant for the kids. Will definitely Come back in the future!
Disliked My kids were too little for the aqua park etc I would of liked to see a small man made beach on the lake for the kids to paddle/splash about

Overall good stay in general I’d probably avoid school holidays times.
Electric grass and earth pitch
Liked Staff were excellent. We had a little incident with a child and first aider was very rapid and very helpful helped calm down the little boy. Thank you.
Disliked Noise after 11 was shocking even though the site rules said no noise after 11 this was going on till 1/2 am in morning and fires still light till late. They had security walking round but nothing was said. You either implement the role or don’t.

We wouldn't stay here again unless the activity price change
Electric grass and earth pitch
Liked The campsite itself was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly adequate.
Our first night was peaceful and we had no complaints
Disliked Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by several issues.
On the second night, a group playing loud music arrived. The music continued until around 1am, making it difficult to sleep. We reported the issue to staff the following day, and while the security team did a good job of making their presence known that evening, the music continued into the night again. We eventually had to speak to security four times before the music was finally turned off, allowing us to get a decent night's sleep.
The biggest disappointment was that the watersports centre and activities were not included for campers and were, in our opinion, significantly overpriced. We had hoped to use the climbing wall, but due to staff shortages, none of the climbing sessions went ahead during our stay. We were also told that open water swimming was not running at the time, yet later saw people taking part in swimming sessions. This was frustrating, as it was an activity we would have really enjoyed.
At the current prices, we don't feel the activities offer good value for money. For example, the climbing wall was £20 per person before any discount. By comparison, our local climbing centre charges £24 for two adults and two children for unlimited climbing, making the pricing here difficult to justify for a one-hour session.

Friendly staff, safe location. Kid friendly…
Electric grass and earth pitch
Liked Friendly staff, safe location. Kid friendly
Disliked Don’t think the price was worth what we paid. The water activities were expensive and not much to do around the area. Although there was a noise curfew the night times were loud due to other users. Toilets were brilliant when we got there but only 2/3 remained opened by the end and they weren’t the cleanest.

Nothing…
Electric grass and earth pitch
Liked Nothing
Disliked Everything
The pitch, the area, the price, the lack of things to do, the red ants nest they knew about because they came over with any traps which did nothing.
The place is just a dive.
Expensive, underwhelming and disappointing

Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite.we had a lovely holiday.
Electric grass and earth pitch
Liked Lovely campsite with plenty to keep the children entertained. Large pitch and relatively flat. Close to all the amenities.
Disliked Toilets were a state, lack of toilet rolls. One did not lock. Always flooded as they are combined with shower rooms. Toilets and sinks unclean. Staff where trying to keep on top of cleaning but due to busyness it was difficulty to find a usable toilet/shower room when needed.

Electric grass and earth pitch
Liked We enjoyed The water park, climbing wall, kayaking and games room. Welcoming didn’t get round to the axe throwing and archery but will try that out next time we come.
Generous sized pitches, great clean facilities.
My children are aged between 21 and 8 so definitely something to please everyone.
Welcoming, friendly staff.

Electric grass and earth pitch
Liked Staff very friendly , large pitch sizes and quiet location
Disliked Lack of toilet and showers didn’t like sharing with men either ( not the cleanest ) , kiosk/cafe needs to be bigger and more facilities for kids ie tv room , use of water park -pool was not in use this season , was not told this till after we arrived , nothing for families with multiple age children as under 7 couldn’t do anything ,

Nice campsite short walk to the…
Electric grass and earth pitch
Liked Nice campsite short walk to the local town/pubs
Big fields for walking the dog on the fields then lead to another park.
They tried to keep the toilets clean there was always someone cleaning them
Lots of onside activities however didn't use due to child's age.
Disliked We found the pitches very small compared to other places we have been we were in the middle of 2 large tents due to the size of the pitch this meant we was literally bang next to the next person's tent. Don't know if id return due to this. If you get a end pitch this wouldnt be so much of an issue. I'd also recommend wind jammers for privacy outside you're tent otherwise you are sat next to the next pitch

Liked We enjoyed our stay staff friendly and helpful. We was near an ant hill and was over run with ants they came and sprayed and put traps down as soon as I messaged.. great activities my kids really enjoyed it. We would stay again just hopefully not on a ants nest again.
Disliked The shower/toilets was always muddy and flooded.. the games room could do with a few more activities.
