  • On a farm with an equestrian centre

Wideham Farm is in a quiet location, backing on to King's Forest, just outside the village of West Stow. It is ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and those who just want to get away and relax.

The site offers good access to main roads and attractions. The farm is a rehabilitation and training equestrian facility, but you don't have to be 'into horses' to stay here. We welcome well-behaved dogs. Guests have access to the site's newly built pavilion shower and toilet block.

Please note we are a quiet adults-only site, in a quiet location. We kindly ask for everyone's enjoyment that guests keep noise to a minimum, with no noise after 10pm. No ball games please.

This is an adults-only site. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed on site.

Highly delighted with this site. Lovely spacious flat pitches, peaceful, nice location and the facilities were excellent. This is a adults only site and the owners were very helpful and friendly, were given a information sheet with all the places of interest along with places to eat.
We had our cockapoo with us and The Kings Forest was on the edge of the site with miles and miles of lovely walking routes with stunning views. Across the road was the Anglo Saxon Village which also allowed dogs with lovely walks around a lake.
The site itself is a working Equestrian farm and was lovely to wake up to beautiful horse's along side the pitches.
The toilets and shower blocks were spotless, the added bonus for me was the Wooden Shower Mats which allowed you to dry your feet without having to stand on the wet floor (Fantastic). Also the Antibacterial hand sanitizer machine in each of the toilet cubicles.
Wifi was quite good, have stayed on many sites advertising Wifi with no signal at all, at least with this one did have a signal the majority of the time.
Also there was a laundry area, dish washing and chemical disposal.
Would definitely return, loved it and we had fab weather which was a bonus.

Campsite was quiet and peaceful, great for forest walks and we enjoyed some amazing night skies and sunset. Very clean toilet and shower block with lots of hot water.

    Disliked:

Can't really fault anything, one small suggestion would be a shelf/ledge in the showers as nowhere to put down toiletry bag, glasses, watch etc.
