We visited as was recommended. Good for a couple of nights.

喜欢 Close to the country park and forest for walks.
Clean and ample toilet/showers.
不喜欢 Information regarding free standing fire pits could be better as we wanted to bring one. On website said no fire pits, and when there told we could have one if we had brought one.
So please put on website weather permitting ie heat/ risk of fire.

One of the best value for money sites we have visited this year.

喜欢 Friendly, spacious, peaceful, clean, well laid out site, in a remote forest location. A great base for exploring the nearby forest, lake & river walks, which hid an abundance of wildlife.
There's no wifi on site, so be sure to take your own hotspot.
The site & facilities are extremely clean & well maintained. The shower/toilet blocks are central to the pitches.
Choose your pitch upon arrival, so ensure that, if traveling in a motorhome or campervan, you have a reservation plate to leave at your pitch if driving out for the day.
