What customers say
This peaceful countryside campsite is praised for its clean, well-maintained facilities and spacious pitches. Owners are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with particular mention of a well-stocked farm shop. While some noted the shower cubicles are small and there's a lack of nearby amenities requiring a drive, the site is highly recommended for its relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views, with many guests planning return visits.

Liked We recently stayed here for three nights, and our experience was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful.
The facilities are well maintained, and the new children’s play area looks both fun and appealing.

A well thought out and clean farm site with a warm welcome.
Fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Warm welcome from Erica. Fully serviced pitch on hardstanding, great in the typical English weather! Lovely countryside position close to a good selection of attractions. Hot shower, site very clean and tidy overall and well thought out. Fresh eggs and produce from the farm shop although didn't have time to visit.
Disliked No heating in the 2 showers in the evening, used the caravan one instead as it was cold, also quite tight for changing space if one is larger than average. (That's not me, just saying ;-)) £2 per dog per night a bit excessive on top of a reasonably high pitch cost. Why does it cost for a dog? No dog poo bin that we could find.

From the manager: Thanks for your review Melanie. Sorry we didnt meet all your expectations.
There is heating in the shower block, although not in the individual showers.
and we are very aware that the showers are snug. We are improving the site year on year and a new shower block will be coming soon - watch this space!!
I think you will find that most sites will charge for a dog or dogs.
We hope you enjoy the rest of your tour of shropshire, and maybe we can welcome you again.

A neat site; very clean and friendly
Fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked The friendly welcome (thanks Erica); the spotless loos; the general layout of the site; the quiet country road
Disliked Bit of a shame that there’s no pub in the village (but there’s one at the golf club that’s open to the public)
£30 is a bit pricey if no electrics required

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to post your review.
It is a shame there is no pub in the village, we agree!! :)
Glad you ventured to the golf club. There are also a fair few pubs in Shifnal, about three miles away, but you would have to drive.
Regards,
Liz, Dave and Erica.
