16-amp fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring caravan pitch
Liked The site is clean and well kept. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the pitch we had was well appointed by the lake. It’s a nice quiet site with good facilities.
Disliked It’s a personal thing but I’m not a fan of the cheese music in the toilet block.

Nice but could be better
16-amp fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring caravan pitch
Liked Adults only. The food in The Croft was amazing. Nice welcome off the staff.
Disliked Toilets and showers need to have hot water not luke warm water. Was looking forward to using the swimming pool, but it wasn't accessible for someone with mobility issues. Something needs to be done to buffer the wind through the site, as we were unable to put our awning up.

What customers say
This adults-only, spacious, and well-maintained park offers peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. Guests praise the friendly staff, clean facilities, and the excellent on-site restaurant. Amenities include a fishing lake and swimming pool. While many enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, some mention occasional train noise and dated shower blocks. Wi-Fi is not widely available and the swimming pool incurs an extra charge.

Electric grass touring caravan pitch
Liked Very pretty site with mainly clean facilities. It was peaceful except for the occasional train.
Disliked The swimming pool wasn’t as clean as it could have been and the steam room was cold. Using a key for the toilet and shower was a bit of a pain as I couldn’t use the toilet block whilst my husband was in the men’s shower block.
We didn’t use the restaurant as there wasn’t any vegetation options on the menu. Vegetarian meals were only available on request, which basically felt as though I would be offered a vegetarian meal take it or leave it. Whereas meat and fish eaters had a whole menu to choose from!

Too quiet and too far from anywhere without transport to get about.
10-amp fully-serviced gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Peace and quiet
Disliked Shower block definately needs an upgrade. Its far from a 5* site.
A 5* site should have free WiFi in 2026
Shouldn't be an extra charge to use the swimming pool.

Highly recommended, beautiful campsite, with easy access to Shrewsbury
Electric grass touring caravan pitch
Liked A fantastic quiet campsite in beautiful surroundings. The vibe is very chilled. It also has a gorgeous restaurant on site.
Disliked Nothing really, but if anything I think the washing facilities are a little dated and could do with an update perhaps. Having said that, they are super clean and spacious so I didn’t mind at all hence I still give them a 10!
