喜欢 Quiet site and peaceful, full service pitches was very good and lake side.
The Croft bar and restaurant serves good food and choices of beer. Staff were amazing and friendly on arrival and during our stay. We didn't use the swimming pool.as we hadn't got our swimwear but will definitely bring it when we return.

喜欢 Site location, quiet and pitch beautiful. Clean and beautifully maintained.

不喜欢 I didn’t like to be described as “oh you are tourers” as if 2nd class citizens and I think toilet facilities although clean are in need of a refresh. Very 80-90s and poor in relation to competitors. Maybe use less abrasive dogmatic messaging on your signage felt it was a prison camp and not a holiday location. You can give the message in a less authoritative way. Friendly and welcoming can be achieved in many subliminal ways!

喜欢 Pitches were a decent size,area was neat and tidy and fishing was good even if £7 a rod was expensive
不喜欢 The toilets were dated inside and me and the Mrs only had a luke warm shower so thermostat needs turning up

喜欢 Peaceful as not many people on site. I’m guessing due to the time of year.
不喜欢 No internet and was told we were not allowed the WiFi code because we were tourers. They only allow the cabins access.
Disappointing for a 5 star campsite?
Smell of the drains was really bad.
Make sure you have £5 cash on you to use the toilets as We didn’t so couldn’t use any facilities as they won’t accept card.

喜欢 A nice, clean and peaceful site. Friendly staff. The on site indoor swimming pool and steam room is a big plus. Good walks out from the site along the Shropshire Way.

喜欢 Friendly welcome. Stunning lake. Good, clean facilities.
不喜欢 More dogs than humans, so there was alot of barking & dogs wondering around instead of on leads. We were put on a pitch that didnt allow pegs to go in which we thought was abit odd especially as a caravan a few pitches down had an awning up with pegs used.
