What customers say

Guests loved their stays, praising the clean facilities, well-stocked kitchens, outdoor spaces, and fire pits. Hosts Emma and her partner were described as incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with attention to detail making the setup brilliant. The site offers plenty of space for children and dogs, with horses being a particular bonus. While most found nothing to dislike, one family experienced noise disruption from a neighbouring wedding.

Liked We spent three nights at Little Bull Hill and had such a wonderful time. The glamping tent was spacious and the beds were comfortable, with enough space for the kids to sit and play games. The outside seating and kitchen area were well equipped and had lots of personal touches. There was a fully stocked kitchen with all amenities you could need.

My children loved that they could go and visit the horses but also run around the field having plenty of space to play games.

Emma was very friendly and approachable, she provided lots of recommendations and was lovely to chat to.

The location was great, easy to drive to local amenities and attractions (Puzzle wood, Clear Water Caves).

I would absolutely recommend staying here, we had a brilliant time.

Liked The attention to detail, the horses as neighbours, the fact it's a small site and how kind and friendly the host is. There has been a lot of thought put into this pop up site and we had a very comfortable stay, we were lucky with the weather too so most of our meals we managed to cook on the provided skillet or in the outside kitchen area. The kids foraged in the hedges and played in the mud kitchen. Very much enjoyed by all

Disliked Nothing, we had a small amount of rain

Liked Emma and her partner was really welcoming and made us feel at home. She really has thought of everything you could possibly need and more. Brilliant set up to cover all weathers. Very clean and tidy, and no extra costs for wood/ bbq ( which we have experienced with other places). Lots of lovely walks nearby. Horses were an extra bonus for us and she didn’t mind us petting them throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this place for a family and with dogs.

Disliked Nothing to dislike about the place, all clearly explained on the booking page.

Liked Facilities were excellent - super shower and hot water!
So much space for the kids to run around, and well maintained.
Everything we needed was provided - bedding, stuff for cooking etc. having the kitchen facilities as well as the fire and camping stoves was an added bonus.
Incredibly friendly hosts and horses - made the kids weekend for sure.

Disliked We were unfortunate to clash with a wedding at the nearby neighbouring campsite on the Saturday night which had really loud live music until midnight, that was impossible to ignore - which had we know we would have chosen different dates as with small children just made sleep incredibly difficult. We were told on arrival that and I’m not sure much else could have been done.

Lilly bell tent

Liked We visited as a family with young children. To give them some fresh air , get back to basics and spend some quality time as a family. Comfy beds, lovely size tent. We didn’t feel the need to leave the site as the children were happy playing grass games and painting a pony. Not much to walk to locally, would need to drive if left site for the shops, pub etc. Host on hand if needed.
