Liked: Checked in, the staff are very nice and friendly. We could choose anywhere we wanted to pitch in the field.
Had drinking water points all round the field.
The cafe was great had plenty of food to choose from and tasted nice. There's a small shop on site which is handy.
The campsite is in a great location not far from Bakewell and Buxton.
Disliked: The tap Water pressure where you wash your pots isn’t very good.
They could do with cleaning the toilets more often and it would be nice to have a hook in the toilets to hang your stuff up when your having a wash.

Liked: Friendly staff, great onsite cafe for a beer and a coffee in the morning (we didn’t eat there but beer was great!), can pick your own pitches, plenty of field space, organised, dog friendly
Disliked: Toilet and shower facilities were limited. We didn’t end up using the showers as there was a queue and £1 only gets you 4 minutes!
Field was not level!
Not a dislike but just some advice - it’s a working farm so take ear plugs to drown out the rooster!!!

Liked: Easy going site, with a pitch where you like policy, you fill the outside of the site first which left plenty of room for kids to play in the middle on the less busy nights. We had no problem accessing toilets and showers, even on the busier Saturday night. Lovely views and nice to have the option of a coffee shop and restaurant. The food looked nice but we only had time for takeaway coffee and cake, which was extremely yummy! Great local walks to the pub and Monsal Trail, you could leave the car untouched if you wanted to.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have freezers for our ice packs but appreciate it is a big site so maybe not viable.

Liked: The stunning views! In a great location to explore, a short drive from lovely little villages, but really you have everything you need there on site! The farm shop & cafe were lovely, we only had breakfast there but it was easily a 10/10, good coffee too. Bar staff were lovely in the evening, and the shop sells a good range of essentials and treats.
Disliked: Could be improved with a hook/small shelf in the ladies toilets, as the floors get quite dirty (as expected) so when changing or getting ready in the morning it would be nice to have somewhere to put stuff other than the floor or toilet lid

Liked: Liked the farm shop and cafe/bar, excellent breakfast and a nice place to sit with the dogs. Tent area had excellent views and did what was advertised as being a ‘wild’ campsite.
Disliked: Curfew wasn’t really adhered to by other guests. Toilets could be cleaned more often to account for the mess some guests left.
