Liked Beautiful setting by the river. Fell asleep to sound of the running water. Walk into Brecon along back country roads ok, with care to listen for vehicles, but mostly considerate drivers driving slowly, fortunately. Very nice and helpful welcome. School party on camping field overnight but gone by the time we got up and didn't hear them at all! Quite a vocal donkey occasionally😁 but lovely seeing them and the pygmy goats. Lovely peaceful site.

Liked Setting beautiful-fabulous view of Saddleback. Loved sheep wandering around site and expert collies rounding them up! Always something to watch! Lovely little, honesty box, farm shop with essentials and gifts. Great walks for dogs, off road in various directions and good path to Keswick, the Threlkeld to Keswick Railway path-flat and smooth for bikes and walkers-approx 4 miles each way. The touring pitches are spacious, some with surrounding walls, all with hook up and water and grey waste disposal and also motorhome drive-over drains available. Lovely peaceful site in great position, not far from M6.

Liked Excellent information received day before arrival re check-in. Very friendly, professional, detailed welcome at reception. Pleased with allocated pitch no5. Great location within marina. Good large grassed area behind site ideal for dog walking and also very close to coastal path for walks further afield. Amazing sea views from coastal path and sea wall opposite site on other side of the marina. Easy walk into Maryport, history interesting and a few nice independent shops and plenty of places to eat.
