Ik was blij met Lovely, peaceful site. Nicely spaced pitches with large beautifully kept grounds amongst trees. Amazing sunset towards Craven Arms. Loads of information available about walks and activities locally. Owners very helpful showing us details of a walk using country lanes to Craven Arms-quite a long way around and very undulating but safer than using the more direct 60mph road with few footpaths.

Van de manager: We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at our quiet and peaceful adult only camping, caravanning and glamping site. We do not advocate guests walking along the B4368 as stated there are no footpaths, it is a twisty road with a 60 mile an hour speed limit in places. The back route using public footpaths through fields and quiet country lanes is much safer. We are an area of low light pollution so get some spectacular sunsets and starry skies. Guests often see shooting stars too. The looking for inspiration wall above the washing up sinks give a quick snapshot of some of the places our guests like to visit. Ik was blij met Beautiful setting by the river. Fell asleep to sound of the running water. Walk into Brecon along back country roads ok, with care to listen for vehicles, but mostly considerate drivers driving slowly, fortunately. Very nice and helpful welcome. School party on camping field overnight but gone by the time we got up and didn't hear them at all! Quite a vocal donkey occasionally😁 but lovely seeing them and the pygmy goats. Lovely peaceful site.

Ik was blij met Setting beautiful-fabulous view of Saddleback. Loved sheep wandering around site and expert collies rounding them up! Always something to watch! Lovely little, honesty box, farm shop with essentials and gifts. Great walks for dogs, off road in various directions and good path to Keswick, the Threlkeld to Keswick Railway path-flat and smooth for bikes and walkers-approx 4 miles each way. The touring pitches are spacious, some with surrounding walls, all with hook up and water and grey waste disposal and also motorhome drive-over drains available. Lovely peaceful site in great position, not far from M6.

Ik was blij met Excellent information received day before arrival re check-in. Very friendly, professional, detailed welcome at reception. Pleased with allocated pitch no5. Great location within marina. Good large grassed area behind site ideal for dog walking and also very close to coastal path for walks further afield. Amazing sea views from coastal path and sea wall opposite site on other side of the marina. Easy walk into Maryport, history interesting and a few nice independent shops and plenty of places to eat.
