Liked right by beach area that had bar food & music every day, nice little town with supermarket bars & food a few cycling routes, river was close to camp so able to take our kayaks out, reception very helpful

Disliked no toilet seats or toilet paper could do with a bit of an update there was 2 soap dispensers added while we where there

Liked Beach was great we took our own kayaks out from there, fishing was right behind our tent perfect, toilets where clean with paper & showers where good with seat & hooks, reception spoke fairly good English

Disliked Only 2 toilets & 2 showers did have 2 urinals

Liked Big river 5 minutes drive away great for canoeing and fishing, field next to camp had some events went to local produce event got some wine picked up some potatoes made lovely chips & had a cold beer they also had some music on stage area, they had swimming pool across road didn't use but looked ok

Disliked The beach on little river had low water level so could not really swim there tried to canoe it gave up after 10 minutes low water lots of sand banks to pull canoes over

Liked Small site on farm only 25 pitches, pitch next to lake caught 2 nice carp & a lot of little fish, surrounded by farm fields lots of tree cover & very quiet loved it only there 2 nights wished we had stayed longer will definitely go back, good sanitary facilities clean hot showers with seat & hook toilet paper & seats

Liked Toilets & showers good, on site shop ok, reastrant was good had Angus burger came with sliced chips taste great, had fishing on site caught a few bream

Disliked Wifi was poor, was told in shop bar was shut as they had day off on the night of England Vs Argentina only to find out later that they opened in evening and had football on, had to drill holes in ground to get tent pegs in as ground was mostly mud and stones, the flies where constant even brought fly zapper that did not help at all.

Liked Staff where helpful good place for a stop over there where lots of cyclists staying 1 night

Disliked WiFi not good, electric supply was 6 amp but could not boil a kettle it would trip out had to use gas not to much of a problem but air fryer did work

Liked They had a meal on one evening duck it was lovely had to reserve seat all put on long tables which was great for meeting other campers, they had board with activities for the week things you could do in the day and evening, staff where great very helpful, while we where there Tour de France came through village 800 meters from camp roads where shut from 9 am to 1.30 pm cars came through first giving out sweets & promotional items, you could go White water rafting company on site.

Disliked Most other camps we have been to give you a site map you could only take photo of map & site instructions in reception which was ok

Liked Pizza at snack bar was great so where staff, toilets had paper and showers had sink hook & shelf to sit plenty of room, beach was lovely had our own kayaks down river a little rapid with special bit for kayaks to go down

Disliked There was only 1 place to fish on site enough room for 2 people

Liked It was quite at night, pitches are a good size with good shade in most, toilets and showers clean with toilet paper showers had hooks

Disliked We like to go fishing the camp has a lake spoke to owner/manager who came to see us while fishing he did explain they do have bit of a weed problem which it does also showed us some pictures of carp caught in past, we didn't get a single bit let alone a fish we fished lake twice, you have to pay for WiFi would rather pay a little extra for stay if wifi was free on site

Liked Close to town & shops had pool was fairly quite

Disliked Wi-Fi was none excitant unless you sat outside office our pitch was less than 50 meters away & could not pick up signal

Liked Lovely town with chateau, major put on fireworks for foundation day while we where there in park right behind camp, there was a nice barbeque/bar in town great food and beer, town was less than 5 minutes walk from camp we cycled to supermarket was about 2.5 km away.

Disliked Our pitch had pine tree dropping pine cones we had to clear them up before we could put tent up, reception could not tell as if we could fish lake in park would not use for long stay maybe just stop over, park right next to camp was public a lot of noisy teenagers our pitch was on fence line right next to park

Liked The lake had a beach & good fishing although we only caught catfish no sign of carp a couple of local fisherman did tell us they had had some nice carp in the past, there is plenty of activities on site, the staff where all vary pleasant Abbie at reception speaks English and was very helpful.

Disliked The big hill we cycled up going into town
