Liked Beautiful flat pitch, clean and repainted toilets, shower lovely with hot water. Great utilities room even has a washing machine. Manager Hesham was a really lovely host always wanted to be of whatever help you needed. Very relaxed atmosphere. Very peaceful, no rushing just taking your time for your holiday. Literally 15 minutes from Skegness and 10 mins from Boston. There are some green empty caravans on the site that use to be used for workers from abroad 6 months of the year, but due to their very loud music at night and disturbance for other holiday makers the owners no longer allowed them to stay on the land. It is a great spot for those who want electric hook up base for days out in popular seaside areas and towns. Everything was clean and fresh. At present there is no hot water in kitchen due to bad boiler but this will be put right by end of season. For now just need to boil a kettle for the dishes. This lovely spot is going to be even more popular. It's next to a farm so expect machine noise but only in the day time. Never affected my sleep and I was right by the tractor trail.

Liked Massive open fields with great space between tents, lots of room for children to play and run around as children should.

Liked Everything, massive working farm, you can go to their own shop whete they sell the items produced from the farm. They grow oats for gluten free food and make their own gluten free, granola and gluten free milk. Rebecca was very vert friendly and extremely helpful with showing me the areas best suited for me being on my own. I loved the beauty of the area, they have 2 airplanes on the land for soloist. I really did enjoy my short stay. I will definitely be returning.

Liked The lovely river area so close to the pod.

Disliked No receptionist on arrival, looked all over waited over 45 minutes before I saw a holiday maker who gave me the key to the pod. We just had no choice. The area around the entrance near reception was an utter disgrace, I was extremely disappointed 😞.

From the manager: Good morning Janet thank you for your review We take them vety seriously Your booking was for monday the 8th for 1 night Re your comment on the reception not been mand We very small family run holiday park with 14 hard standing pitched and 14 camping pods If you would have called my number you would have recieved from the pitch up or seen it located on the door to reception I or one of my amazing park staff would have attended to you as they were on park I very sorry for the full bins our bins in are bin store they are collected on Tuesday early morning And as you arrived on a monday after very busy weekend and as you can see from previous 10 star reviews from the same weekend I wish I had the goldly powers to empty the bins daily And the economic of free receptionist to sit there waiting for you to check it But to see the full park in all of its glory I offer you a free week end Phil Park manager

Liked Beautiful well kept site, camping pod I had was spotless and had hotel style tea and coffee and biscuits. I was delighted with the stunning views I could see from the bed. I would very much stay here again.

Disliked I only have one thing I didn't like and that was the mattress on the bed. They are spring mattresses and very used. The springs stick in you all night so I had to use bedding cover to sleep on. But I would still stay here Again

Liked Loved the amazing space and freedom of wild camping. There was camp fires and bbqs and the feeling of being alive. Family were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again. I loved it.
