What customers say
This is a friendly, quiet, and clean adults-only working farm campsite. Guests praise the helpful owners, spacious pitches, and excellent facilities including good Wi-Fi. The on-site shop selling farm produce is a bonus. While some mention occasional farm noise and dated facilities, the overall experience is highly positive, with many visitors keen to return.

Liked We had a nightmare journey and arrived really late. The people were really helpful and took the stress off. Arrived to a lovely pitch and starling murmurations. Perfect.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked What a fabulous little site. It’s not posh, or huge, but it’s fabulous. Everything we needed was there. A very relaxed vibe. Honesty shop on site and lovely owner who greeted us on arrival.
Lovely walks from the site.
Disliked Nothing to mention but if you’re looking for a posh corporate kind of site this won’t be for you.

Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Everything, massive working farm, you can go to their own shop whete they sell the items produced from the farm. They grow oats for gluten free food and make their own gluten free, granola and gluten free milk.
Rebecca was very vert friendly and extremely helpful with showing me the areas best suited for me being on my own. I loved the beauty of the area, they have 2 airplanes on the land for soloist. I really did enjoy my short stay. I will definitely be returning.

Acceptable but not greatly appealing and would not return.
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Excellent meet and greet and overview of local area given by owner.
Disliked Facilities clean but limited in number for size of site, 2 male showers only and one of them was shared. I personally thought site was a bit grubby in looks and feel, but most of this due to the state of permanent residents caravans. Out of control of the site owner was very, very loud music until 4 am from a local source outside of campsite, but nonetheless affected our quiet weekend away.

From the manager: Sorry about the music event which was a 1 mile away in the next village, Possibly the wind carried the noise towards the campsite. Like you said this was out of the campsite's control and we had not aware it was happening to forewarn you.
We have a few seasonal campers which are tidy and enjoy the campsite.
The two showers seem adequate and there has never been any queueing as such for the size of our site.
We do regular cleaning of campsite toilet/shower block. We have had a A LOT of rain recently and the grass shot up. Sadly the mower man has had some ill health and unfortunately missed a few days of mowing.
Super clean facilities and excellent information…
Non-electric grass pitch
Liked Super clean facilities and excellent information boards. Very quiet, with great walks across fields for the dog.
Friendly reception from Rebecca and Andy. A lucky find for us! Oh- and the little muesli shop - lovely to be able to take home something produced on site.
Disliked Can’t think of anything!
