Polubione Lovely site and great for all campers. The atmosphere is friendly, chip shop on site is lovely - we got fish and chips which were good quality real chip shop fish and potatoes chips. The onsite club house great for all ages. In a fab location for short trips into Scarborough or Filey. We spent 3 nights, next year we are going to book a week.

WiFi only available near reception area. Would have been great if available everywhere on site. Especially at the top cliff area.

Drinks machine not so great. However We did get our money back from reception.

Availability of free hot water for drinks would have been great.

We appreciate your comments regarding the pot wash water and will keep an eye on this. WiFi is available around the main facilities rather than across every part of the park, and the top cliff area can be particularly difficult to cover due to its location.

We do offer an ice pack freezing service in the shop, so guests can keep cool packs topped up during their stay without needing their own or communal freezer.

We are sorry to hear the atmosphere on the top field was not what you were looking for. You stayed over one of the busiest weekends of the year, so the park was naturally much busier than it would be at quieter times or even the midweek nights of your stay.

The 10mph speed limit is in place for everyone’s safety and we do expect guests to follow it. If vehicles are being driven too quickly, we would always ask guests to report this at the time so our team can deal with it.

Polubione Great park, lovely open site, fish and chip shop was lovely. Pool was great for kids and clean. Shop on site has most things you may need.

We are sorry to hear the toilets and showers were not as you would have liked. The facilities are cleaned and checked regularly throughout the day, but during busy periods they can come under very heavy use between cleans. Unfortunately, some guests do not always leave them as they find them, which can quickly affect the floors, toilets and sinks.

We are sorry to hear there was some litter around your pitch on arrival. This is not the standard we aim for, and if it was significant we would always ask guests to let us know at the time so our team can deal with it straight away. For a small amount of litter, we would also hope guests would simply pop it in the nearest bin rather than leaving it there after taking photos.

The upper touring pitches are laid out to provide serviced facilities for each pitch and are used by many guests who enjoy their location and views, but we appreciate they did not feel spacious enough for you on this occasion.

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your seaside stay and found the pitch spacious, the site quiet, and the facilities clean and convenient. It is great to know the shop was well stocked and that the location worked well for visiting Filey and Scarborough.

With regards to the bar, it is not advertised as a restaurant, so food is not available there. We do have other food options on site including the fish and chip shop, and plenty of local takeways deliver here.

We appreciate your comment about the bar looking dated, although we do like it to have its own character rather than looking the same as every other campsite bar.

Polubione A very well kept site, very clean facilities, a great park for the children and a well kept swimming pool with lifeguards, good areas for dogs too, good size pitches. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, there is a very well stocked shop a pub and a chippy on site. I couldn’t say there is any negative feedback about this site at all. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.
