We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the early check-in and our park train. We’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.

Our park is a busy family holiday destination, and we appreciate that this can sometimes make it feel lively, particularly during peak periods. Activities and swimming sessions do need to be booked in advance to help us manage capacity and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Swimming can be booked two weeks in advance, and we always recommend booking as soon as the sessions open.

We’re also sorry to hear your comments regarding the paths and toilet facilities. We have teams on park throughout the day working to maintain our facilities and grounds, and we always encourage guests to report any issues to reception so our teams can address them as quickly as possible.

We hope you’ll consider visiting us again and give us the opportunity to provide you with a better experience. Keeping the fun going is in our nature.

A aimé Loads to do, really good range of activities, choice of parks, swimming, water sports, zip line, circus, kids entertainment throughout the day. The splash park and club house never seemed too busy considering the size of the park we were able to get tables throughout our stay with no issues. All the staff seemed really friendly and helpful. Definitely not a calm quiet campsite but there is a good energy about the place and you won’t run out of things to do.

N'a pas aimé Most of the negatives with this place are down to the campers staying there rather than the staff or site itself. There was a fair bit of rubbish around the camping fields but when I took a walk down to where the static caravans where it was spotless, really tidy and pretty areas. So it really is just down to campers not respecting the site.
Also the facilities were quite dirty and didn’t smell great especially first thing in the morning. However I did see cleaners in there regularly and it was much better once they had been just didn’t last long before people had made a mess of them again! Obviously i understand they can’t have cleaners in there 24 hours a day and it’s just one of the things that comes with having such a large site with so many people it’s just a shame that the campers staying there are what lets the place down.

We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the size of your pitch and found our teams friendly and welcoming. We’re sorry to hear you felt our facilities were poor, as we’re proud of the huge range of facilities and activities available across the park.

There’s so much to get stuck into, including
axe throwing,
park train,
den making,
slime making,
Aqua activities,
splash park,
swimming,
play areas and a large range of activities, with plenty of these available free of charge. All of our entertainment is also included, and during the summer we have our fantastic Summer Cyclone programme, giving our guests even more to enjoy throughout their stay.

Just remember, activities can be booked two weeks in advance, so we always recommend getting online as soon as your booking window opens to secure your favourites.

With so much to see, do and explore, keeping the whole family entertained is definitely in our nature!

A aimé Lots to do for the kids. If you're not bringing them, probably worth going elsewhere. New toilet and shower blocks and reasonably priced shop, bar/restaurant. Staff seemed happy to help.

N'a pas aimé Absolutely massive and resembles a refugee station. Site rules aren't reinforced as much as they possibly should be. As most activities are optional extras, I believe it's rather expensive (paid just over £40 a night). Potable water had next to no pressure.

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t find anything to enjoy during your stay. We have to admit, this one did make us a little sad to read!

We’re incredibly proud of our Family Camping area, which has been a large investment for us and is designed to give families a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience, with plenty of space and lots to see and do across the park.

We appreciate that every holiday is different, but we’re proud of what we’ve created and would love the opportunity to welcome you back and hopefully change your mind next time.

A aimé A very nice place with a large park and plenty of attractions—a water park, a swimming pool, a train for both children and adults, playgrounds, lots of space for play, and a dog run. I will definitely be back.

It sounds like you made the most of everything Billing Aquadrome has to offer! From making a splash in the water park and swimming pool, to hopping aboard the park train, exploring the playgrounds and letting the dogs enjoy a run of their own there’s certainly plenty to keep everyone entertained!

We love creating a park where there’s room to run, play, explore and make those all-important holiday memories. Keeping families active, entertained and enjoying the great outdoors… it’s in our nature!

Unsafe for children unless you dont mind them flying around on electric bikes and quads and people in cars going the wrong way down one way roads at twice the park speed limit.
The facilities are horrendously unclean. Adults being sick in toilets in the main bar at 7pm!
Trash all over the site.
Staff dont care about cleanliness.
The super pitches are NOT super pitches.

The worst place we have ever been. Lasted 1 night out of the 5 we booked and left.

It certainly sounds like you managed to experience a very different side of the park during your one-night stay!

We’re sorry to hear that the park wasn’t to your taste, although we have to admit, after reading your comments, we’re slightly wondering whether you stayed at the right park! There is certainly an abundance of things to see and do here, with something for all ages.

We have our swimming pool and Splash Park, our park train, and our Tribe Den, where guests can get involved in activities such as pottery, slime making, axe throwing, panning for gold and den making. And that’s before we mention our alpacas, play parks and amphitheatre, which hosts plenty of entertainment and shows throughout the season.

As for the electric bikes, quads and cars, we do have park rules and speed limits in place, and our teams are always out and about across the park. If concerns are brought to their attention, they will address them appropriately.

We’re also sorry to hear your comments regarding litter. Our park teams are constantly out and about litter picking and keeping the grounds looking their best. It can be incredibly frustrating for our teams when guests leave rubbish lying around, especially when we have provided so many bins throughout the park. A little help from everyone certainly goes a long way in keeping the park looking its best.

We take feedback regarding our facilities seriously and your comments will be shared with the relevant teams.

While we appreciate that Meadow Bay may not have been the right fit for you on this occasion, we’re proud of the huge amount we offer and the many families who come to enjoy it.

With so much to see and do, perhaps five nights would have given you a little more time to discover what we’re all about!

Venue food was reasonably priced and good value.

N'a pas aimé The use of electric scooters and motorbikes on both the pump track and around the site was ridiculous, no lights on, speeding in the day and night - in my opinion there's a serious accident waiting to happen particularly as most didn't have helmets.
It might have been our pitch but it was noisy with cars driving past after midnight - surely a no traffic movement policy after 10.00 would be sensible?

We're delighted to hear your boys loved the pump track and that you enjoyed the food in The Venue. It's great to know you found it to be good value. Did you know our pump track is based on the famous Silverstone circuit, It's been a huge hit with guests of all ages!

We also really appreciate your constructive feedback. Safety is incredibly important to us, and electric scooters are banned on the park. When our park teams see them being used, they do challenge the behaviour and take appropriate action. That said, you're absolutely right that there is always more we can do, and we'll continue to review how we monitor and enforce this to help keep everyone safe.

We also have a noise policy in place, and we expect all guests to follow our park rules, which are displayed on signs throughout the touring areas. While we can't completely prevent guests from driving after 10:00pm, we do expect everyone to respect the quiet hours and be considerate of others enjoying their holiday.

Thank you as well for recognising the improvements made since Meadow Bay Villages took over. Comments like yours are appreciated, and we'll continue working hard to make the park even better.

N'a pas aimé Lack of organisation when you arrive, young, inexperienced staff, not enough of them to be able to show you to your pitch. When we arrived at the pitch after driving round on the uneven ground, someone was in it. Why allocate pitches to people if you have no intention of them actually getting the allocated pitch. Nobody walked round and checked on what was actually happening. Loads of rules broken, noise at night till late, dogs barking constantly, electric go cart bumping into people’s vehicles. Lots of rubbish left astound the pitches on arrival.

We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the fishing lake and that you found the toilet facilities were being cleaned regularly. It’s always good to know when the things that matter during a stay are getting noticed.

We’re sorry, however, that your arrival and pitch experience was not as smooth as it should have been. Arriving at your allocated pitch only to find someone else already there is certainly not the holiday welcome we want to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been after navigating the site to get there.

We have shared your comments regarding the touring arrival process, our teams and pitch allocation with the relevant park teams. We are continually looking at how we can make arrivals smoother and provide better support to our touring guests.

Regarding noise, dogs, vehicles and other guest behaviour, we do have park rules in place and we would always encourage guests to notify our park teams as soon as an issue occurs. This gives us the opportunity to investigate and address concerns at the time rather than finding out after the holiday has ended. While we can manage our park and enforce our rules, we cannot always control the actions of individual guests.

We’re also sorry to hear about the rubbish you found around your pitch. Our teams are regularly out across the park, including litter picking, and we appreciate how frustrating it is to arrive and find that previous guests have not left their area as they should.

We really appreciate your honest comments, particularly your private feedback. Billing Aquadrome is a large and busy holiday park, and we know that good organisation makes a huge difference. We’ll continue working with our teams to improve the experience for our touring guests.
