A aimé Decent site with good facilities. Lots to do
N'a pas aimé Very busy and loud until early hours of morning. Food was expensive and took 2 hours, then quality was pretty poor.

A aimé The site is so very much improved under new ownership - great pitches and the new singular bathroom pods towards the camping end are the way forward ! Great to have privacy in wash and toiletting areas.
N'a pas aimé The Venue was not kept clean and tidy, although the site is very dog friendly in some ways, the water station didn’t have any bowls of water.
The venue decking area was a real mess with no staff seemingly on tidy up duty and so many tables full of food packaging and glasses that we actually could find no where to sit so opted to eat and drink back at our van which was a shame.
The guest impromptu firework display at gone midnight absolutely terrified our dog - we were very close by and all screamed as it woke us up - it took us several hours to calm him. The campers dis not seem to face any consequence.

We have invested millions back into the park in recent years, and our new Family Camping development is another exciting part of that ongoing investment. After listening closely to feedback from our holiday guests, we continue to make changes wherever we can to improve the overall experience. As part of this, we have also introduced 7 new XL Family Camping pitches to provide even more space and comfort for families staying with us.
We are sorry to hear that aspects of your visit did not meet expectations on this occasion, particularly around cleanliness in the Venue and the availability of water bowls for dogs. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams to review and address.
We are also aware of an incident involving fireworks during your stay. Our teams were actively out on park attempting to locate those responsible. While we always work hard to manage guest behaviour and enforce park rules, unfortunately there are occasions where individual actions fall outside of our direct control. That said, we fully understand how upsetting and disruptive this would have been, particularly for your dog, and we are very sorry for the distress caused.
At Billing Aquadrome, it’s in our nature to listen, learn, and improve. We appreciate your balanced feedback and will continue working to ensure both our facilities and guest experience are consistently improved across the park.

A aimé Lots for the kids to do.. aqua park on the lake was good and the pump track was a hit
N'a pas aimé Kids riding electric bikes around the touring fields with no thought for cars driving around. They should be banned as I nearly hit one kid flying around a corner on the road. Also the odd idiot using the touring field as his own drifting space

A aimé Pitches were OK, but a bit narrow. Showers and toilets were clean with enough hot water. 4G reception was good.
N'a pas aimé There were no pegs in the showers to hang clothes, just 2 small hanging buckets. The shower spray reached the door, so it was difficilt to keep your clothes dry.

We are so pleased to hear that you found the park clean and well looked after. Our touring teams work incredibly hard to ensure the shower blocks and toilet facilities are kept clean and maintained to a high standard for all of our guests.
We are also very lucky to have such an amazing holiday park with so much open space, alongside the lakes and wonderful wildlife around the park. The walks and trails really are lovely and are something many of our guests enjoy during their stay.
We do appreciate your comments regarding finding your touring pitch. Our touring teams are there to assist guests on arrival, so I am sorry to hear that you had to find your pitch alone. We are currently looking into this to ensure the correct arrival process is always in place, as we want our touring guests to arrive and start their holiday in the very best way possible.

We waited nearly 2 hours for food, despite being reassured that ours would be the next meals out
Full refund was given, however with 2 small children who were very hungry it was totally unacceptable

Lots of entertainment on an evening- food was okay- pizzas and burgers for kids.
Site was pleasant to walk and cycle around with a hire bike.
The aquatics course was amazing!

No choice of pitch.
Ended up having to move pitch (which we had to battle for with the pitch cabin) due to antisocial behaviour of others with no action taken even though reported.
