Despite the police attending twice and multiple calls to reception, management did absolutely nothing to intervene or remove the group. Total failure in duty of care. Avoid

We are very sorry for any inconvenience and distress caused during your stay. We do want to reassure you that an incident did occur on park which was managed in line with our correct procedures. The police were also in attendance to assist in dealing with the situation.

Please be assured that our park teams were working behind the scenes throughout to support those involved and to help ensure the safety and wellbeing of all holiday guests. We take our duty of care extremely seriously.

We do listen and take all feedback on board, and we are truly sorry that your experience was impacted in this way, particularly as we understand how upsetting this must have been for you and your children. Your comments will be fully reviewed as part of our ongoing processes so we can continue to improve.

We’re really pleased to hear you enjoyed the spacious pitches, our lovely new shower facilities, and all the activities available for families. It’s great to know there was plenty of room and lots to keep everyone entertained during your stay.

We have so much to offer across the park, from swimming and fantastic entertainment, to our amazing Tribe Teams. There’s also Dino Carts, Bunny Café, alpacas, or simply relaxing at our beautiful Lakeside Café if you want a quieter moment.

Syntes om Very nice and specious. Lot’s of showers, hot water, very clean. Very nice shop and restaurant. Everything what you need to spend nice family weekend.

Our touring teams are working incredibly hard to ensure all our holiday guests have the best possible experience, and it really means a lot to hear when this shows.

Our park shop is also a great little stop for fresh bread, milk, and treats and have you tried our hot bakery items yet? They’re delicious!

Making great family memories and having fun is in our nature, and we really hope to welcome you back again very soon.

Syntes om The two ladies at guest services were super helpful! The train ride was great fun for little ones. We went swimming and fed the alpacas. Which were also great fun!

Syntes ikke om I didn’t see any security on site. Some of the people that stay here were extremely disrespectful playing loud bassy music at 21:30 at night. I understand this can go on until 10pm, but it’s a family site so lots of us have young children! A little respect wouldn’t go a miss!
2 young boys were allowed to whiz around on electric bikes through the caravans; at the speed they were going, they could’ve killed someone!!! Children especially.
Unfortunately it’s like chav city!😢
Just seems as if you can do as you like, no one takes any notice of the rules! I’m sure it states you can’t have work vans/vehicles on site, there is. It states you can’t have caravans longer than 8m, there’s lots…
It wasn’t somewhere I felt safe staying.
I’d stay again, but wouldn’t be in a hurry to!!

Syntes ikke om not being able to find pitch drove around the world had to go back to get help , pitch numbers are not big enough to see , then someone else was on my pitch had to go to a different pitch not well organised, kids running around and on scooters riding over pitches not supervised, swearing , screaming till all hours , dryers not working in toliet blocks

I’m really pleased to hear you felt there was lots to do on park and that this suited your family stay.

I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced on arrival with locating your pitch and the confusion over pitch allocation. This is not the level of organisation we aim to provide, and I completely understand how frustrating this would have been after travelling. I have passed this feedback on to the team so we can review signage and pitch numbering to make this clearer going forward.

I am also sorry to hear about the behaviour you observed around the park. We always encourage children to be supervised at all times, and if children are seen not respecting the rules, this will be challenged by our teams to ensure all guests can enjoy a safe and pleasant stay. It is in our nature to make sure we maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone on park.

We have also ensured that there are lots of facilities and activities available on park for families to enjoy, from swimming, to Dino Carts, to the Tribe Den, as well as plenty of open space for children to run around and play safely.

Thank you for also highlighting the issue with the dryers in the toilet blocks. I have notified our Touring Manager so this can be investigated and addressed as a priority.

We really do appreciate you bringing these points to our attention, as they help us improve the guest experience.
