On this occasion, we had to change the code due to unauthorised individuals attempting to access the site. This was a necessary security measure to help protect our guests and ensure the site remains safe and secure.

We kindly remind all paying guests not to share the gate code with anyone else, as this helps us prevent unauthorised access and maintain a secure environment for everyone staying with us.

No me gustó poor shop little to no items and expensive.
no leaflet provided at site reception (map, wifi details etc)
very basic, site needs some ownership and minor tlc.
No info about local shops, bars, cafes etc

No me gustó Ladies toilets and showers need thoroughly cleaning - both the ones in the wooden building and especially the ones instead brick buildings
Pot washing sinks were left filthy
Road noise going to tge waterspouts centre ( outside control of campsite )
Poor wifi reception

We also really appreciate your constructive comments regarding the toilet and shower facilities, pot washing area, Wi-Fi, and additional rubbish bins. Thank you for highlighting these areas. We will take your feedback on board and review our cleaning schedules, including the deep cleaning of the toilet blocks, to ensure they meet the standards our guests expect. We'll also look at the signage for the larger waste bins and consider whether additional general rubbish bins would improve convenience around the site.

Me gustó The camp site was tidy and the pitches were big. It was quiet at night times. The toilets and showers were ok for a quick shower. They were clean but a little run down, however it did not ruin our visit as we were hardly in there.

No me gustó Smell of the septic tank ever so often. That does need looking into.

Thank you as well for your comments regarding the septic tank. During periods of very hot weather, it's possible for septic systems to produce stronger odours than usual. That said, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will certainly look into whether there are any improvements we can make to help reduce the smell and enhance our guests' experience.

Me gustó The pitches are big & well maintained. Staff very friendly & helpful. Many toilets and showers which are clean. The pot washing areas have hot water! Very chilled site & good vibes. My 7 & 11 year old loved how much room they had to play, we have already booked to come back.

Me gustó Not one thing did we like about this disgusting site

No me gustó We only stayed one night my wife couldn’t use the disabled toilets due to so called residents having keys none of which were disabled in fact there was a couple having sex in disabled toilet we had to call a member of staff from the water sports team to allow my wife into the toilet in fact we called him twice and he had to try and find a key that we could use I think we should get a total refund for this appalling disgusting experience that we had to endure for the night we had to stay we couldn’t get away quickly enough on the Tuesday morning and I will be taking it further
