Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the campsite.

We’re sorry that you had difficulty finding the grey water disposal point. The grey water waste point is located behind the campsite shop, but we appreciate that it may not have been obvious where to find it, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the site.

We’re currently looking at improving our campsite signage and directions, which will hopefully make facilities such as the grey water and Elsan points much easier for guests to locate.

Thank you again for your feedback — it’s really helpful to us, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the range of activities available around the site.

We’re very sorry, however, to hear that you felt the campsite was run down and that the facilities were dirty and poorly maintained. This is certainly not the standard we want our guests to experience, and we take your comments seriously.

We are currently working on a number of improvements across the campsite and facilities, including plans for improvements to the shower and toilet areas. Your feedback is really helpful in highlighting where we need to continue focusing our efforts.

We’re sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

We’re sorry to hear that you found there wasn’t enough space in the shower block to put your clothes while showering. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and it’s something we can look at improving as part of our ongoing plans for the shower facilities.

Thank you again for your feedback, and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re really pleased to hear that you found the facilities generally very good and appreciated having drinking water points available around the campsite, as well as the children’s playground.

We’re sorry to hear that you experienced lower water pressure during your stay. We’ll certainly take this feedback on board and look into whether there is anything we can do to improve this.

We’re also sorry that you felt rushed when you arrived and found the check-in process a little confusing. We appreciate that it can be difficult to know where to go and what to do when you’re visiting us for the first time. We’ll look at how we can make the arrival and booking-in process clearer for new guests.

Thank you again for your helpful feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know where we can improve, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the open space and found our location convenient for the watersports events.

We’re sorry that you found it difficult to locate a bin during your stay. We do have four large skips located around the campsite, as well as smaller bins positioned near the toilet and shower blocks. We’re sorry that you weren’t able to spot these during your stay.

We’re currently looking at improving our signage around the campsite, including clearer directions to the bin stores, which should hopefully make them much easier for guests to find.

Thank you again for your feedback, it’s really helpful to us, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re really pleased to hear that you found the shower block nice and clean.

We’re sorry to hear about the missing plug in the washing-up area. Unfortunately, the plugs do sometimes get stolen, which is frustrating for us as we are constantly having to replace them. We’ll make sure this is checked again and replaced if necessary.

Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Kedvelték Well laid out site with pitch being spacious
Well maintained with clean toilets / shower blocks

Nem kedvelték Was pitched on park view hard standing and there was a constant stream of people walking to the toilets from 6am holding loud conversations with their mates also loud until 11pm

Height barrier - we were notified that the barrier would be closed between 8pm and 8am so higher sided vehicles would not be able to enter / leave without notice - sadly when we tried to leave at 5pm on the Sunday it was already locked so had to wait 15 mins to be able to leave

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such detailed feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the spacious pitches and found the site well laid out and maintained, with clean toilet and shower facilities.

We’re sorry, however, that the location of your pitch meant you experienced noise from guests walking to the toilet facilities, particularly early in the morning and later in the evening. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been and will certainly take your comments on board when looking at the positioning of pitches.

We’re also sorry about the issue with the height barrier when you were leaving on Sunday. While the barrier is in place for site security and safety reasons, we appreciate that having to wait to leave was inconvenient. We will ensure the timings and information provided to guests are as clear and consistent as possible.

Thank you again for your feedback. It’s really helpful to us as we continue to improve the campsite, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.

Kind Regards
