We’re sorry that you had difficulty finding the grey water disposal point. The grey water waste point is located behind the campsite shop, but we appreciate that it may not have been obvious where to find it, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the site.

We’re currently looking at improving our campsite signage and directions, which will hopefully make facilities such as the grey water and Elsan points much easier for guests to locate.

We are currently working on a number of improvements across the campsite and facilities, including plans for improvements to the shower and toilet areas. Your feedback is really helpful in highlighting where we need to continue focusing our efforts.

Syntes om Facilities were generally very good and every group of pitches has it's own drinking water tap from what i could see.
There is a playground for kids.

Syntes ikke om Water pressure was comparably low and we were rushed in when we arrived, so the booking in process is a bit confusing the first time you go.

We appreciate that it can be difficult to know where to go and what to do when you’re visiting us for the first time. We’re sorry that you found it difficult to locate a bin during your stay. We do have four large skips located around the campsite, as well as smaller bins positioned near the toilet and shower blocks. We’re sorry that you weren’t able to spot these during your stay.

We’re currently looking at improving our signage around the campsite, including clearer directions to the bin stores, which should hopefully make them much easier for guests to find.

We’re sorry to hear about the missing plug in the washing-up area. Unfortunately, the plugs do sometimes get stolen, which is frustrating for us as we are constantly having to replace them. We’ll make sure this is checked again and replaced if necessary.

Well maintained with clean toilets / shower blocks

Syntes ikke om Was pitched on park view hard standing and there was a constant stream of people walking to the toilets from 6am holding loud conversations with their mates also loud until 11pm

Height barrier - we were notified that the barrier would be closed between 8pm and 8am so higher sided vehicles would not be able to enter / leave without notice - sadly when we tried to leave at 5pm on the Sunday it was already locked so had to wait 15 mins to be able to leave

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such detailed feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the spacious pitches and found the site well laid out and maintained, with clean toilet and shower facilities.

We’re sorry, however, that the location of your pitch meant you experienced noise from guests walking to the toilet facilities, particularly early in the morning and later in the evening. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been and will certainly take your comments on board when looking at the positioning of pitches.

We’re also sorry about the issue with the height barrier when you were leaving on Sunday. While the barrier is in place for site security and safety reasons, we appreciate that having to wait to leave was inconvenient. We will ensure the timings and information provided to guests are as clear and consistent as possible.
