Parcela de césped y suelo duro con toma de agua, luz y desagüe para caravanas y autocaravanas
Me gustó This is our second visit to Ael y Garnedd. We confidently came back here, knowing we would have an excellent stay. The hardstanding pitches are very spacious. The showers have a full spray, and are powerful and hot with large cubicles. The toilets are clean and warm, and smell fresh. The recycling bins are well labelled and tidy. The washing up area is outdoors, but covered, with a powerful and hot tap. The site is near the A5, but the noise level is low, especially in the night time. The view of the mountains of Eryri is spectacular. We will definitely come back again.

Me gustó We really liked the location of this campsite. Just 30 mins from Aberystwyth and a short drive to Devil's Bridge waterfall. The site itself is quiet and peaceful, with views of hills all around. The toilet and shower block is very well kept, with good showers and clean toilets. The ladies had five toilet cubicles and five showers. The dishwashing area had two sinks and lovely hot water. We only stayed one night, so didn't use the games room or shop.
As a side, I definitely recommend Devil's Bridge waterfalls. If you can, get there before the attraction opens and you can pay a cheaper entrance fee by using the turnstiles. This also meant a practically empty car park, and no-one else at the falls. You need to be rather fit though, as there are lots of steps to climb! The circular walk took us 50 mins, with plenty of photo opportunities along the way.
No me gustó If it wasn't for the sat nav and visible caravans, we wouldn't have known we were at the right place because there is no signage. There is no sign for reception, and we were unsure where to go, so we didn't even speak to the hosts. Luckily we knew which pitch we were on, so just headed straight there. We couldn't get access to the WiFi, and rather strangely, the bins are right at the back of the site which meant either driving over there in the motor home, or walking quite some distance with our recycling and rubbish, so we just took ours away with us. All of the above were only minor niggles, and we were only here one night so it really didn't bother us at all.

Parcela de suelo duro con electricidad para caravanas y autocaravanas
Me gustó We booked 30 mins before arriving, and because of this, reception was unmanned. However, we phoned the number as directed in the reception window, and Owen gave us clear and precise directions, over the phone, with regards to every aspect of the site. The site itself is very quiet, with good sized pitches and all necessary amenities. The toilets and showers were clean and smelled fresh. The washing up area was ample with multiple sinks and lovely hot water. There is also a laundry room but we didn't use that. All the lights in the amenities block are movement activated, which is great for the environment, but a little surprising when it switched off whilst I was on the loo! Ha haa! A quick wave of my arms activated it again. The bins are all labeled clearly for recycling. We also appreciated the free wifi. All in all, a great experience and I would thoroughly recommend this site.

Me gustó Wow, what a little gem. The view from this campsite is incredible. We had a hardstanding pitch with water and electricity. There is one ladies and one gents toilet, and two showers. All very clean and tidy. The washing up facility only had a cold tap, but we knew this, and carried a boiled kettle over with us. The hardstanding pitches are at the top of a hill. At the base of the hill is a wild area with Shetland ponies. We also saw a fox, a hedghog and a heron. There was no noise at all. We were delighted to have found this place and wished we could stay another night at least.

Me gustó This campsite is a little gem in the heart of Anglesey. It is very well situated, being just 10 minutes from the mainland of Wales. The site is clean and tidy. The shower block and toilets are well maintained and hygienic. The showers are warm and have good pressure. The scenery is stunning, with the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia) in the background. There is a supermarket and fast food options just 5 minute drive at Llanfairpwll, which is home to the railway station with the longest name in the UK - Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. A favourite spot for a selfie, we noticed.
The hosts at the campsite went above and beyond to help us with a situation that was beyond our control. We are extremely grateful.
I would 100% recommend staying at this campsite. In fact, we have another visit booked for July already.
No me gustó Not a single thing to dislike.
