What customers say
This large, well-located campsite offers spacious sites, popular with families & sports fans. Guests love the friendly staff & easy access to activities. Downsides: toilet/shower cleanliness & maintenance issues, dated facilities, blocked drains, and inconsistent water temp. Camper noise & occasional staff absence noted.

Good for price but wouldn’t return
Powered grass campsite
Liked Close to west bridgford, good park and space for kids to play.
Disliked Facilities not clean, a lot of litter left on our pitch from previous people. Quite noisy from the close main road and planes. Shop was meant to open at 8 and didn’t till around 10am

Primitive grass campsite
Liked Generous sized pitches, great play park, handy onsite shop, good showers, clean toilets, good washing up stations. Nearby water taps. Walk to kayaking, mini golf, more play parks, cafes, etc, at water sports area. Suited us very well.
Disliked Only downside is we didn’t have shade but there was lots of space to roam and find a shady spot.

Water points were easy to find…
Powered grass campsite
Liked Water points were easy to find and lots of them. Pitch size was decent as well. Park was handy and there was a nice touch from the local icecream van that was able to come in sight. Especially with the heatwave. It was much needed. Showers were good but could be better.
Disliked The only thing I was disappointed in was the length of the shower before it turned off. Every 3,4 seconds you had to push the button to turn it back on. Maybe 20 seconds would be better. Especially when you’re washing long/lots of hair.

Liked Spacious area and friendly staff
Disliked DOGS !!!!! We were surrounded by tents with dogs in.
They barked at each other constantly day and night. Driving us mad our neighbours included.
They pooed everywhere and owners did not always clean it up.
Maybe an idea to put all dogs in one area.

Powered grass campsite
Liked While the site is reasonable clean. The .ain't toilet block was not that clean even after the cleaners had been in who mostly just chatted to each other and actually went round with a mop for 10 mins.
Disliked Cleaning is poor in toilet block.
