Perfect campsite!
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked After a bad experience with another campsite I booked this campsite very short notice but wow am I pleased I did! About 10 minutes after making the booking the owner rang with instructions if reception was closed. Arrived to an absolutely gorgeous clean, quiet, campsite with flower pots galore and plenty of dog bins. The toilets and showers were so clean and the water was so lovely and hot! Lovely dog walks from site and my dogs were obsessed with shrew hunting in the nearby field! Also, lovely picnic table on pitch which was great and added bonus!
This camp site will be my go to place for when I next explore Wales! Big thank you to the owners for making one night so beautiful and relaxing!

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Spacious level pitches Very Clean and tidy.
Emma and team keep it all extremely well presented with spotlessly clean. One of the best sites we've stayed on over the last 5 years, very friendly and helpful.
Toilets and showers 6 showers in both men's and ladies separate from toilets with a family shower/toilet room too all kept immaculately. Pot washing facilities.
There is a walk from the back of the site that takes you to Hay on Wye where there are lots of bookshops cafes and eateries

Liked I had a wonderful stay at this campsite. The grounds were clean, well-organized, and clearly cared for, with plenty of space between sites for privacy. The facilities including restrooms and showers were tidy and regularly maintained. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night and the friendly staff who offered helpful local tips. It rather even have a hot room for drying up cloths. Trails and natural scenery were easily accessible, making it perfect for relaxing or exploring. The campground felt safe and welcoming. Overall, this is an excellent place for both families and solo travellers. I would happily return.
