What customers say
Visitors consistently praise the exceptional cleanliness of the facilities and the overall well-maintained nature of the site. The friendly and helpful staff receive numerous positive mentions. The location is considered excellent, with easy walking access to Hay-on-Wye. Pitches are often described as spacious, level, and well-equipped. Minor points raised include occasional road noise, and challenges with dog-friendly routes to town due to stiles. There is a desire for more on-site amenities such as a shop.

Very friendly staff, excellent facilities and large pitches
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities which were all very clean, great location close to Hay on Wye and next to rolling fields. Lots of space for each unit and soil that was easy to get awning pegs into! Lovely area for dogs to be exercised
Disliked I was unable to do the walk to Hay through a neighbouring property due to the high stiles which I couldn't get my dog (age 10 with osteoarthritis) over by myself.

From the manager: Hi Heather
Thanks for your review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We are trying to get our neighbours to change the stiles to gates but no joy yet.
We hope to see you again soon.
