Tyckte om The campsite was well located to hay on wye across the fields and public footpaths, nice and quiet , excellent facilities warm showers kitchen for washing and the managers of the site were very pleasant and welcoming, its the first campsite i have stayed in and everything was of the very highest standard - i will be using it again brilliant thanks

Tyckte om Lovely site..Great position for Hay.. toilets were immaculate and warm with piped music ..to be fair the whole site facilities were immaculate too ..Even down to the bin store ..Lovely friendly staff ..What more can you ask for ..

Tyckte om The site looked quite new and the toilet facilities were good and clean. The staff were friendly too.
However, the hard standing pitches were narrow, only just bigger than the van meaning walking onto the wet mown grass. Every pitch was also sloping in one direction. The site is adjacent to a main road, so noisy one end. Another gripe was the chemical waste point was outside and set at ground level. The Moho disposal point was on the main exit road and super small, almost blocking the site exit. Schoolboy errors on a new site.
My main gripe was the £3 charge per dog per night and not supplying much in return, expect a few bins. No dog exercise area, a main road one side with no pavement and a footpath the other that involved lifting the dogs over the blocked off styles.

Tyckte inte om More though in the design for Moho users. Dog walking area. Resolve the access gate issues for dogs on the footpath. You are not a dog friendly site, so don't charge as if you were.

Från föreståndaren: We are very much a dog friendly park and have lots of dog bins around our park, most of our visitors complement us on our park being very flat so we are sorry to hear you felt your pitch was sloping and would gladly of moved you if you were unhappy with your pitch.
unfortunately the field into Hay is not owned by us and we know the styles are awkward for owners of large dogs. We are sorry you will not be visiting again as we pride ourselves on repeat customers.

Tyckte om Beautiful views and a quiet site with fantastic facilities, the owners were so lovely and welcoming. Easy walk into Hay on Wye, really can’t wait to come back. Has WiFi on site but we didn’t use it as signal was no problem here.

Tyckte inte om We wish we could’ve stayed longer! But the office was calling our names. Potentially the option to buy a loaf of bread because we forgot ours 😂

Tyckte om We were greeted by a very friendly host.
The facilities were amazing - they were a 10/10. It was easy to find. There was a drinking water pipe.

Tyckte inte om The electrical hook up for our pitch wasn’t clear and it seemed to be from another pitch as was the water. We stretched right across the empty pitch beside us which would have been difficult if occupied.

Tyckte om Perfect stay from start to finish. We were welcomed with our check in pack explaining everything that was needed, but then the owner popped over to check everything was ok. We’d accidentally only bought a 25metre cable with us so they swiftly lent us a much longer one - this was needed as our pitch was huge! We enjoyed a glass of wine on the grass next to our campervan as the sun set. Facilities were excellent. Clean and a great size with everything you could need. Star gazing once the sun was down was exceptional. Really beautiful site, great location with a simple walk into Hay on Wye, will return!

Tyckte om Very helpful check in. Ladies toilets and showers were spotless. Excellent re cycling and pot washing facilities. Bus stop to Hay on Wye directly outside the campsite.
