What customers say
Visitors consistently praise the exceptional cleanliness of the facilities and the overall well-maintained nature of the site. The friendly and helpful staff receive numerous positive mentions. The location is considered excellent, with easy walking access to Hay-on-Wye. Pitches are often described as spacious, level, and well-equipped. Minor points raised include occasional road noise, and challenges with dog-friendly routes to town due to stiles. There is a desire for more on-site amenities such as a shop.

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked I had a wonderful stay at this campsite. The grounds were clean, well-organized, and clearly cared for, with plenty of space between sites for privacy. The facilities including restrooms and showers were tidy and regularly maintained. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night and the friendly staff who offered helpful local tips. It rather even have a hot room for drying up cloths. Trails and natural scenery were easily accessible, making it perfect for relaxing or exploring. The campground felt safe and welcoming. Overall, this is an excellent place for both families and solo travellers. I would happily return.
