Liked: Quiet, pretty area
Disliked: No night entertainment as selected, apart from one quiz night, not much to do on camp during the day or the surrounding area

From the manager: Hi Michelle,
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased you enjoyed our peaceful setting. We should clarify that outside school holidays we don't advertise entertainment as we focus on maintaining our tranquil atmosphere, though we do host occasional activities like quiz nights. The surrounding countryside offers lovely walks, with more attractions a short drive away. We're currently exploring additional daytime options for all seasons. Your comments help us improve while preserving the calm environment many guests seek. We hope to welcome you back to experience our beautiful location again.
Thanks
Liam

Liked: Pitch sizes were really good. Site is large with lots of green space and lakes. Plenty of areas for children to play, even had an crazy golf on site at a cost.
Security on the club house doors
Good toilet and shower facilities and very clean
Although there is a Londis nearby it is not well stocked and pricey but there is a morrisions local about 10 mins drive away which was great
Again about 15 mins drive to the beach, we do like to walk on holidays but given we were down lanes and all uohill on the return not really suitable for young walkers
Swimming was good had to pay 50p for a slot
Disliked: No security/gates at entrance of the park.
No on site shop for either groceries or camping accessories
Pub food was not to everyones taste being street food very limited choice, pizza, burgers, hotdogs, loaded fries and nachos.
Fishing lake almost unfishable due to excess weed growth
Bins were overflowing for a few days which meant rubbish was on the floor
Wifi only in cluhouse

From the manager: Hi Lorraine,
Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed our spacious pitches, green surroundings, and clean facilities, as well as the play areas and nearby beach access.
We’re addressing the invasive weed in the fishing lake with professional help. Regarding food, we offer street food from 2pm and a fuller evening menu from 5pm—we’ll review options for more variety. Your notes on bins, security, and WiFi are also being considered for future improvements.
We hope to welcome you back for an even better stay!
Warm regards,
Liam

Electric gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked: Reception was extremely welcoming and helpful, the site was very clean, as were the toilets and showers, the pitch was very large, with electric in easy reach, facilities such as water, motorhome service points etc were close.
The clubhouse, and swimming pool were excellent, the staff being very friendly and helpful, the food, especially Sunday lunch was superb, and reasonably priced., even having gluten free food for my coeliac wife.
There was even a free shuttle bus to New Quay on Saturday, which was my 77th birthday.
A really enjoyable weekend break.
Disliked: Unfortunately the Saturday night solo artist was not appreciated by everyone, and the room soon emptied.

The touring pitch price was very reasonable, would definitely recommend it. I think I would come for a return visit
