Mi è piaciuto The best site we've stayed at! Super clean & tidy. Spacious pitches, well presented toilet & shower blocks & plenty of things to do!! Our son really enjoyed the two on site parks - they're both well maintained & great for all ages. The bar areas both inside & out were inviting & the staff were friendly. The pool was a lovely bonus to the site along with the Arcade. We got to enjoy some bingo & live music during our 2 night stay! Delicious food served & a great service which we didnt know about until arriving on site was the free bus down into New Quay which ran daily.

It is extremely clean.
The bar and food is both high quality and reasonably priced.

Mi è piaciuto swimming pool and 2 parks for the kids to play in park is a decent size so lovelly to walk around after dinner the ourside bar was a lovelly addition providing great choice of snacks and a really
nive outdoor seating area very chilled

Non mi è piaciuto my husband had hoped to do a little fishing on the onsite lake but it was so grimey just needs looking after better

Toilets blocks and amenties outstanding.
Lots of play areas for kids.
Swimming pool was a great size.
Food was great in the restaurant,
All in all great stay as it ws the first time to take our Grandson who was not bored throughout

Mi è piaciuto Everywhere was spotless, staff very friendly good entertainment. Shuttle bus was very handy to Newquay with Pete who was so friendly

No wifi!! Except in clubhouse

Mi è piaciuto Brilliant campsite . Very clean. Excellent toilet and shower facilities . Great pitches . Well maintained . The outside bar was amazing ..large tvs felt like we were abroad. Amazing food and great prices . 2 parks for the kids and while we were there they had a large bouncy castle event . All staff were lovely. Free bookable shuttle into New quay. Local shop and pub 10 minute walk and t5 bus very cheap to Aberystwyth ect. We will definitely be calling again

Park is kept very clean and tidy
Toilet/shower block is very clean
Most of the food was nice
One member of the bar staff was nice and chatty (young boy)
Site is extremely quiet so you get a good nights sleep

Non mi è piaciuto No evening entertainment that is mentioned on the features of the park
When ordering food order the fries as they are nice stay clear of the chips they are not so nice.
Staff in the on site restaurant are more interested in playing poole with one of the members of staff giving off a very creepy vibe ( wee guy with glasses always playing poole)
This site is more for the OAP age as it's more for pitching up and sitting bored out your mind watching the clouds roll by
The bus has to be booked leaves at 11am and comes back at 5pm
The local shop is closed about 4pm went 2 days in a row at 5pm and 6pm both times it was closed

We're sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify a few points for future guests. Our evening entertainment is offered during weekends and school holidays only, as stated in our park description, so there is no scheduled entertainment outside of those times.

Regarding our staff, once they have finished their shifts, they are welcome to enjoy the park's facilities as guests. However, we always expect our team to provide a professional service while they are on duty.

Finally, while we understand your disappointment with the local shop's opening hours, it is an independently operated business and is outside of our control. We can confirm that its usual opening hours are until 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday and 4:00 pm on Sundays.
