What customers say
This is a large, well-maintained holiday park with spacious pitches and clean, modern facilities, particularly praised for its showers and family washrooms. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful. The site offers a good range of amenities, including a club, restaurant, shop, pool, and play areas, making it popular with families. While most visitors had a positive experience, some noted issues with noise, dated aspects in certain areas, and additional charges for the pool. A minority reported significant problems with other guests and site management.

Fine for 2 nights.
Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Shop and bar facilities. Good open pitches.
Disliked The road being resurfaced at 8am on a Saturday meant we couldn’t get out of the touring area until after midday. Toilets were not very clean, and strange set up in shower block - double showers?? Bin area was overflowing which the seagulls loved! No WiFi.

Rude
Fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (super)
Liked Nothing
Disliked When we arrived no one on reception informed us that at 7:45 the next morning a whole load of tarmac vans and rollers were turning up to tarmac the whole entrance road to the side and front of our pitch. They tarmac’s the whole road from our pitch to the entrance to the pitches. At no point was anyone watching the people on site or vehicles reversing There is only one way in and out which meant we were stuck. My husband went out to speak to the man in the roller to ask if there was an alternative way out. The man told him to stop being a jobs worth and get back in the van. As you can imagine he’s not a happy man.as we sat waiting a young girl on roller skates stuck her finger straight in the tarmac. My husband went to speak to the owner who was just as rude as the workers and wasn’t interested that a little girl could be hurt . We will never go to this site again. Absolutely disgusted.

Electric grass touring pitch
Liked Pitches are a good size.
Toilets clean.
Staff friendly enough and helpful.
Disliked Pool could do with a good clean. Water cloudy and grime on tiles.
Despite shouting out at bingo, staff apparently didn't hear me. Shouted a second time. All folks sitting around me heard me shout first time, and booed when I wasn't honoured the win. Bit unfair.

Liked Level pitch.
Good dog walking area.
Facilities clean.
Disliked Not a single hook in the bathrooms, no shelf, nothing except the area around the wash basin which was soaking wet.
Filling the van with fresh water meant blocking the driveway.
No complaints about the noise from children playing as it's a family site, and always nice to see children outside in the sunshine, but it went on until after 11pm!
