What customers say
This well-maintained, peaceful campsite offers spacious pitches and excellent, clean individual toilet/shower facilities. Staff are consistently praised for being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Good for walks and close to local attractions. Some pitches are sloped, requiring levelling blocks, and WiFi is an additional charge and can be unreliable. A minor concern was raised about one older shower block needing refurbishment, and an isolated instance of a hostile staff member was reported.

A very enjoyable stay
Electric hardstanding pitch
Liked Peaceful site with a good dog walking area. Lovely walks from the site, including to the donkey sanctuary. There is a small golf course nearby. We liked the individual toilet/basin rooms.
Disliked If the site had been busier, we would have had to use the older toilet/shower building, which is looking tired. As it was quiet, I only had to wait a few minutes for a shower to be free. Pitch was slightly sloping, so chocks were needed, but this wasn't a problem.

Liked We was allowed to stay in the all grass area instead of the half gravel half grass pitches - which was great! Toilets and shower facilities were fantastic and clean and also heated which was such a bonus! Lovely part of Salcombe friendly staff & we'll be back. Thanks again.
