- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 5 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Reception is unmanned after 8 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to use electric car charging facilities (the site also does not have high-power rapid chargers).

Disliked Could do with grey water disposal
Men’s showers individual drying areas were very small
Not the site’s fault but other campers should clean the shower trays down once used!!

Great quiet campsite with clean facilities and spacious pitches
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Easy check in, quiet environment, pitches had plenty of space and designated parking area for each one- enjoyed the fact that there was boundary lines for each pitch so no fighting over spaces. Warm and cold showers which always had good pressure. Washing up areas with drying racks. Everything was so clean at all times. Cheap body board and surf board rental. Quick walk to the beach and local food places- pubs, ice cream, pizza, restaurants etc
Disliked WiFi was very hit or miss- not a huge issue as we didn’t want to be using it much but that was the only negative

Liked Lovely site right in the middle of Croyde, easy walk to the beach or village shops/pubs etc. Good facilities, always clean. Very quiet except for the crows at dawn 🤣
Disliked This is only a small criticism and only because we happened to be there in a heatwave - the showers were too hot for sunburned skin!

I wish you had brought the hot water issue to my attention. It's just that when the campsite is quiet in the off-season, the hot water takes a while to come through. I have tested it, and it is piping hot in all the showers, sinks and washup sinks. It just needed running for about 30 seconds.
