Camping @ Croyde Bay

喜欢 Great location. Nice short walk to village or in the other direction to the beach. Nice clean site. Not too big. Good sized pitch even with awning. Toilet blocks are fab! Nice touch with the hairdryers and straighteners! Lovely friendly people who run it.

喜欢 The pitch size was good and marked out well. With a space to have the car right by the pitch.
Great facilities, the washing up area woth 4 bekfast sinks, proper dish racks and free washing up.liquid was great. A good amount of toilets and showers for the number of pitches, you dont have to que for long. Showers consistently running and hot.
All round incredibly clean and tidy site
All the little rabbits on site where lovely too. Made a 3am wee fun spotting all the white tails dotted around the place!

不喜欢 Freezer didn't work as well as hoped,putting four freezer packs in for 24hr and they came out cool rather than frozen. Might be due to lots of people opening it up lots, but maybe coukd be more efficient.
Also not anything the site can do, but Saturday night was very noisy with music and crowd noise from bars in the village. Bring ear plugs and your golden!

喜欢 Really excellent site enough room and space to chill on a perfect summer evening short walk to the beach and local shops highly recommend.

不喜欢 Nothing

喜欢 Quiet and friendly site. I was welcomed and I found it reassuring that the gates are locked at night (you can get out in an emergency). Level pitches and clean facilities, freezer and microwave available to use for free. Great location too. Short walk both to Croyde village and to the beach.

喜欢 Lovely site close to beach shops and pub. Great facilities for washing, showering and toilets. Surf board and body board hire too

不喜欢 Nothing really

喜欢 Lovely site. Small but plenty of space. Lots of amenities on site including free eclectic in reception for charging, freezers and sponges and dish soap for free.

Well maintained and very clean facilities. Young lady who works on site was really helpful on arrival and polite.

The wild rabbits are nice to see roaming the site too.
Walk to the beach isn’t far. Follow the road and it’s right there. 10 minutes if that. Beach itself is lovely too and worth visiting.

Some pitches are directly off the road and traffic and people can be heard but not really a problem. Majority is likely people leaving the beach in the evening.

喜欢 Perfect location, easy walk to Croyde and the beach. Very even pitch, friendly, quiet and excellent, plentiful facilities.

不喜欢 Would have liked to have invited two friends who were camping nearby to join me for a cup of tea so no guest policy is a bit restrictive.

Thank you for your 10 out of 10 review. We don't permit random, unknown visitors for security reasons and to maintain a quiet environment. However, we offer "day tickets" for visitors at almost no cost. I will make sure this is better publicised.

喜欢 Nice quiet site, plenty of space on the pitch, toilets and shower areas clean, tidy and pleasant to use.

不喜欢 Not really a dislike but the wifi seemed a bit patchy but that could have just been my tablet.
