Forest non-electric forest floor tent pitch
Liked: We loved the sinks and the view from there, the nature friendly toilets, the view from where we pitched our tent. We had a few hours hike and the area around is so beautiful with lovely ponds very nearby! The staff was also very helpful and gave us recommendations on where to go depending on what we like doing!

Forest non-electric forest floor tent pitch
Liked: Beautiful campsite! Ian made us feel extremely welcome, checking we had everything we needed and even lending us tent pegs. We loved the woodland and the way the pitches were nestled in to little clearings. Even if the site was fully booked you’d feel private. We walked in the woods and the meadow and watched the sunset before a campfire. Location is great - with a quick drive for shops and 45 minutes to Brighton. Will definitely be coming back!

Forest non-electric forest floor tent pitch
Liked: Never got there, cancelled as we were leaving home
Disliked: Being let down at the last minute, the site had apparently been closed due to the issue of hunting license's, we were still allowed to book pitches a few weeks later, no apology, no follow up and keep receiving emails to review the site, l’m sure it is lovely but my review is of the structure around the booking system, l hope no one else gets let down and has their holiday cancelled.

Liked: The team kept in touch with us and gave us alternative campsites to stay at.
Disliked: Our stay was unusually cancelled because deer hunters were carrying guns in the nearby forest.

Loved the stay, each plot is about 20x30 metres to yourself.
