Liked: Everything from the warm & friendly welcome to the opening of the gates for us as we left and wave goodbye, come back soon! Beautifully kept, clean site with excellent facilities.

Liked: Reasonable sized level pitches. It was quiet and felt safe for the children to explore. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely go there again.

Liked: We had a great time, this was our first time camping as a family, so was a little bit nerve racking but all the staff made us feel very welcome and often asked if everything was ok! The children loved the play area they spent hours in there!

All the facilities were very clean

Liked: Perfect position near horam and the cuckoo trail, lovely lakes and friendly site staff.

Disliked: Ground unlevel so difficult to level the motorhome. No wifi, local cafe/bar restaurant nice but only open until 5pm

It's always going to be challenging to find a good motorhome pitch (especially with electric) at such late notice prior to a Bank Holiday! Fortunately, we were able to move you to a more suitably level pitch. We do not promote wifi as available across the site, so assume that guests take that into account when booking with us. We do, however, find it hard to accept criticisms of the park for issues that the park has no control over; namely the opening hours of the adjacent cafe / bar. Liked: The team that run the site are so welcoming and friendly show an interest in how things are going with your trip definitely felt more guest than customer. The site very well maintained very good facilities available, spacious pitch very quite but only short distance to main road so great access, short walk (5 mins) to bus stop Tonbridge Wells to Eastbourne route. We had a lovely relaxing time.

Disliked: To many seasonal caravans who do not obey park rules, use dog not on lead etc

Naturally, we are always disappointed when guests do not enjoy their stay with us, especially when they have visited within the previous 2 weeks and then re-book again so quickly. This tells us that the site was indeed somewhere you wanted to be. As always, we try to ensure our guests are enjoying their stay while they are with us with constant roving patrols. Unfortunately, unless guests report their disappointments to us, we cannot address their issues which is sadly the case here, though we were did amend both your bookings through Pitchup (after your bookings had been made) to place you in your preferred location close to the services rather than further away. To clarify though, none of our seasonal guests, who are required to follow the same park rules as our touring guests, have dogs. Thanks again for the review. T&D and the Team
