Complimentary welcome drinks and milk are a appreciated touch. Some guests found the pods warm, requiring windows to be open, and a few mentioned a lack of kitchen facilities like a hob. Liked Beautiful quiet camp site. We stayed in oyster catcher 2x adults and our dog. Was spotless and everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Our friends were in the pod next door and that was perfect as well. Perfect location for some shopping at Gretna Green outlets.

Great get away spot. Highly recommend
Oyster Catcher camping pod (pet friendly)
Liked Great location and very tidy camping pod. Cannot fault the location. Quiet and secluded but within 20mins of local towns, villages, Carlisle and Hadrians Wall.
Disliked Only very slight drawback was it seemed to get extremely warm throughout the night. Simple fix opening the window and door if the wind isn’t blowing.

Cosy, homely, a lovely place to escape and refresh the mind!
Moorhen camping pod (pet friendly)
Liked We loved our stay. From the moment we entered the pod and saw the bottle of fizz welcoming us we knew our stay was going to be prefect.
The pod was actually bigger than I imagined, plenty of room for the 2 of us and our dog.
It was so clean, tidy, it felt like being at home... very comfortable and welcoming.
The underfloor heating was a very nice surprise, and considering the weather was very cold and icy, the pod was always warm. The bed is a good size, plenty of room and comfortable, maybe a little softer than our mattress at home but we both got a good night sleep.
Toilet/Shower room is a good size, although the sink is quite small, but the instant hot water was fantastic.
The setting of the pods is nice, the views are lovely and it's so quiet, just the sound of the birds and the stream across the field. We didn't use the firepit(bbq) but will do when we return.
If you're looking for a cosy escape in a lovely setting, then you can't go wrong.
We're definitely coming back.
Disliked In all honesty there wasn't really anything not to like. Maybe some kind of cooker would be a benefit, but it would impact on the space, so not
