- Single-sex bookings of 3 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.
- No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

A ten minute walk fairly easy to Kirby Lonsdale market Town and very dog friendly and 15 minutes to Devils Bridge and on our pitch the view was amazing
Disliked If site is very busy you sometimes have quite a wait for a shower as only 3 in use
