What customers say
Guests praise the beautiful, spacious pitches and breathtaking valley views. The site offers a peaceful, "back to basics" experience with very clean portable toilets and complimentary tea, coffee, and milk. Fire pits are a popular addition. While some mention wind exposure and occasional noise from other campers, most highlight the friendly staff, convenient location near a pub, and excellent value. The site is highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Peaceful site with great views and dairy cows in the next field. Basic facilities but both portaloos clean and well stocked. Multiple recycling options and a little horsebox with water containers rather than a tap. We used the provided fire pit and plenty of logs for one evening in the bag that we bought from the site. Would definitely visit again- easy 5 minute walk up to a great food pub. Recommend!
