What customers say
This clean and tidy site is praised for its excellent location, offering easy access to Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay via walking or cycling trails, as well as a nearby bus stop. Guests appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, lovely views, and straightforward check-in process. Pitches are generally well-maintained, though some mention they can be close together. While the site is self-contained with essential facilities, the absence of toilets and showers is noted by some visitors.

Fab little site, in perfect location. Would definitely recommend.
Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Lovely clean site. Compact and bijou. Easy access. Text with pitch number before arrival. Water and waste easy to access and well thought out. Lots of info supplied for local area before arrival. Amazing views of Whitby and the Abbey. A good walk (1hr) to Whitby or Robin Hood Bay. Buses are regular and at the edge of the site.
Disliked Might be a little awkward moving a caravan if the site was fully booked. But they are flat pitches and if you can handball or have a motor mover there would be no issue

Great location but we won’t return…
Electric gravel touring pitch
Liked Great location but we won’t return due to reasons below.
Disliked Very small pitches and far too close together. First time using pitch up we always use CAMC who adhere to strict fire safety regulation distance between. We felt these pitches were much closer than CAMC. There was nowhere else to park the car to gain more space without using a second pitch. See the photo which shows how close. There was absolutely no room for an awning not even a porch one and only just enough room for water and waste between next doors car and our caravan. Such a shame so many pitches crammed in on the size of a standard 5/6 pitch site as it would be lovely site with much less.

Liked Pitch was level, good firm surface and easy access to electricity. The Abbey was also visible. Ticked all the boxes as I had shower and toilet on board and it had fresh water and waste water facilities. Also good communications
